Consistently forgets to bring food items. Food often isn't great. It's either too oily or looks like it's been refried 3 times.Last time, they took the money and brought the wrong items. They said they would re deliver the correct items, I was kept waiting up very late and no one ever came

Ordered food and 2 hours later still no sign ??No one is answering the phones .I’m left with no knowledge of what has happened .Don’t bother - shambles !!*** update ***We ordered 8.30 fish and chips ,We had a knock on the door - I kid you not 11.30 pm !We could not believe it .

I ordered with them in deliveroo and they scammed me my £22.34. they didn't bring my order and lied saying they called when they clearly didn't. It's quite evil. You wait and wait for your food only for it not to come. Their phones don't even work and voicemail is full so you can't even leave a message

I ordered cod from here 3 days ago. The coating was raw and the fish was funky. I wasn’t given a refund because “All of our Restaurant Partners follow different recipes and cook in an individual style”. This is what you get nowadays when you want to get halal food. May your “individual style” be the end of this place. Absolutely terrible.Edit: This is one of your reviews on JustEat who ordered from you 3 days before I did: “Today fish was not good it seems old and fried second time. Very robbery”. Sounds right.
