Has to be the worst Wickes in west Yorkshire. Mess inside, with a poor set out and organisation. Doesn't have the bits in stock they say they do on the website. In need of a revamp.

Called in to purchase some Tarmac Sand Salt. This was stored outside, there was no problem, one of the staff went and brought the Sand to our car whilst I paid. In and out of the Store in no time. Very helpful staff.

Bought a fence panel online had to cancel as got the wrong size, really easy to call up and nice staff, reordered and got it delivered, the guy was the nicest delivery guy going, so friendly and nice he deserve some recognition for good customer service indeed. THANK-YOU ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Try and deliver in here . All good but you are not allowed to stay in cab you must stay in safe zone . Is that a safe zone ???? Realy on this heat no chairs no barriers, chains nothing but it says with a spray SAFE ZONE.But in the end the manager told me I can stay in cab .....???? realy. But he couldn't explain me about the safety of the safe zone. He only new one line you need to respect the rules" . I will when you put them on board or paper so I can read them . Learn what waiting place for drivers is and health and safety. You want me to heave a sun stroke and drive a lorry after that .You are a joke"

Manager was absolutely brilliant, my click and collect order had been stolen and Stuart went above and beyond to help me out especially as I had 2 very young children. I was genuinely lost for words for the way he helped me out. Thanks again!

Manager was absolutely unreasonable and awful, very disrespectful. I was returning a new shower which I had purchased yesterday. He said I couldn’t do so and to call the shower make company, as it didn’t work. He lied about calling the shower company himself, he was shirking his responsibility with no regards to the reputation of his employers. Very disappointed. I’ll be going to Tool Station going forward to avoid people like him.
