I am currently having a nightmare with Three - the shop in Perth have generally been very helpful but all the same have set me up with a mixture of a business account and a private account which is fiendishly difficult to manage. Signal coverage also so poor that we had to get separate broadband. Call centre an even worse nightmare than ever... my personal details seem to have been entered incorrectly... I complained about all this a month ago in writing but have heard nothing back. It's like dealing with a cross between Franz Kafka and Fawlty Towers...UPDATE 5 April 22I am happy to say that the staff in the Perth shop were very helpful yesterday and have done what they can to sort out some of my problems with Three, disentangling the worst of the nightmare mixture of unmanageable business and personal contracts. It's worth saying that it took them over an hour, how was I supposed to be able to deal with that?HOWEVER my complaints about the Three service itself have not been addressed or the fact that we had to get a separate broadband provider when we moved (just three miles from Perth town centre to Scone) and have been paying for a useless service for over a year. All in all, Three's service is the worst I have ever received from any kind of service provider. Please let me have an email address so I can send you a copy of the letter I sent to complain a month ago, to which you have never replied. I will also send you my revised bill for the trouble and time I have spent on this issue.

Visited this store after going to many other providers and was reminded why I went with 3 in the first place. The level of service and knowledge the staff have is above and beyond the other providers. I spoke to Noel because I'm having troubles with my phone shutting off and other issues and he knew literally all the tricks to get it working at optimal level again! He was polite, friendly, super helpful and genuine. Honestly, speaking to him over staff at the other providers has made my mind up to stick with 3.

The worst customer service ever, after 20 minutes conversation with agent he said that he cant help me and he will pass conversation to senior customer service agent. After 100 minutes of waiting for “senior agent” I decide to END CHAT. Very unprofesional, most likely I will end contract and move to O2 or some other provider.

Happy and friendly customer service people especially from Tadej who was ready and willing to solve my queries and questions, especially when trying to figure out a new system. It's also nice to see a branch manager out on the shop floor making sure everything's going smoothly as well along with a bubbly friendly attitude themselves. Great job guys.

SOLD A SIM WITH NO COVERAGE - AVOID AT ALL COSTSAbsolutely dreadful. I hope that anyone who is trying to see if this company is any good sees this message before committing in any way to a Three contract.Poor coverage, meaningless service and overall extremely disappointing.Not only that, but IF you do get coverage, the speed is about 1/5 of any other company. I had to switch to another company, and it is so bad that I have given up and now pay 2 contracts.Please please please DO NOT EVER sign a contract with them.

I bought a new phone in the Perth shop 2 or 3 weeks ago. Mike attended to us. He went the extra mile..... in fact extra extra miles to help. He took AGES transferring everything from my old phone . He was SO patient , respectful ( of us two old fogies ) and took care to explain all the things we were unsure of. We would highly recommend ALL staff in the Perth shop. Heartfelt thanks. !!! Always friendly, always helpful. I've personally never had any cause for complaint with Three and I believe they offer some of the best deals available.
