We were waiting outside for it to open. Looks as though this is used mainly by people that get it free" through an app or a deal with their bank etc... I certainly hope people don't physically pay as that would make it even worse!! We got it through our bank so in our head it's got to be worth it if it's free right? WRONG! I'd rather have paid inflated airport prices than eat/stay there. Which is what most people use these rooms for. The "all you can eat" buffets. Although here it's more of an "all you can't eat"We had breakfast

Absolutely awful place! Queued for 30 minutes to be told £45 per person for 2 hours (no price advertised anywhere), booked online got it cheaper for 3 hours. Nowhere to sit (literally no available seats), then found a seat when somebody left. Electric socket didn’t work, or the switch next to it-a fan possibly?!no toilet paper in bathrooms and nobody clearing any tables. One cleaning staff gentleman was observed sweeping a clean area on floor (extremely slowly) whilst nobody cleared any tables or cleaned in the 3 hours I was there. Biggest waste of money ever-please don’t bother. Area is dirty, outdated, broken and run down-not at all what I expected. 3 hot food items available, cheese and a little salad choice and bread rolls.Coffee from the machine was nice enough and then found biscuits had been restocked just before I left.Really, really disappointing.

There’s isn’t much that is ‘premium’ about this lounge. Over-crowded, you’ll be lucky to find an empty seat. And the seating they do have is grubby and tired. The staff seemed pretty disinterested and the food was meh. If I had to say something nice, the food was still warm and the plates were clean.I’d use it again if it was free but I absolutely wouldn’t pay to use it. You can get much better food and surroundings at the terminal restaurants, and at a better price.

Terrible lounge! One of the ugliest, dirtiest and most crammed lounges out-doing in all departments than a roadside eatery - terrible food, terrible variety, terrible arrangement and terrible service by the frontline staff - rude, impolite and unfriendly! They don’t have the knowledge and expertise to handle the incoming guests! Stale chicken and poor tasting soup and other items are in play! Capacity is too limited and furniture set up is horrible! Washrooms are not clean! I will not only ever dare to step in here even on complimentary basis but also will not recommend to my worst enemies! If you want to get food- poisoned, please go and enjoy! Given a choice, I would have rated negative 5 stars! Stay away either on complimentary or pay to basis!

Somehow this place is more disgusting than the rest of the airport. Chairs are filthy and devastated, there are dirty glasses and plates everywhere. The carpet is stained and sticky with bits of food everywhere. Most prisons are better kept than this abomination.

Was greeted nicely at reception and escorted to the Lounge, where I sat at the high table next to the Bar. The lounge was not too crowded and the service flow was smooth and enjoyable. The team was always very attentive. Great English breakfast and cappuccino. Kudos to all!

Truly disappointed. The furniture is scruffy and dirty. Plates and bowls - filthy with food stuck to them.Overcrowded.Those who prebooked in advance still had queue.Loads of dirty dishes and garbage around. Understaffed?Extremely poor food choices.The water that was available was not refreshing and cold. It was room temperature!Complimentary wine was poor quality...Not worth 45 pounds for 2 hours.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lounge is cramped, we pre booked and not a single seat, but still allowing people who hadn’t booked to enter. Food was awful, plastic cheese, food hygiene questionable, rice out for long time and added more, and reset the timer. Dirty counters. Poor selection of food. Roast potatoes looked like barely seen the inside of the oven. Staff miserable and looked like didn’t want to be there. My advice is to give it a miss!

The facade is probably the nicest part of this lounge. Furniture very worn, tables not wiped down. The 1 shower (which cost 25 pounds extra) is rather run down and doesn’t look particularly clean. 1 industrial grade soap dispenser, no other products provided in the shower.

Avoid this lounge if you can.This lounge needs a serious upgrade activity. Everything is so outdated. Chairs are old and damaged. Overcrowded all the time.Worst part is the service. Lounge owner should definitely give them a challenging performance reviews. They don’t want to work here. This is for everyone including the person at the bar and other staff all around. No one comes to clean your table. Whole place is mismanaged with everything lying out in front. People working here are tired and seem overworked. Limited food and drink options. If you want to have a beer, make sure you order two pint together as looks like they have orders not to fill the glass to the top. Bar tender will make you feel bad. Food serving area is hardly monitored with empty servings vessels. Dirty is the word. Employees are passing time and completing their shift here.Don’t even bother using wifi as it will make your experience even worse. Use Heathrow wifi instead.If people are paying to access this lounge, think 1000 times. Its not worth your money.
