Mohammad is an excellent instructor. He is very methodical and patient with his lessons. He helped me prepare as well as book my test and it was a huge relief to have passed!

Lack of continuity and consistency. I am upset with my driving experience and feel disrespected by the lack of care. Driving tuition is two hours long, but there have been several occasions where my lesson ends 10-15 minutes early. Mohammad has informed me to reflect on the driving, which is good, but I don't believe this should take longer than 5 minutes as we also talk while driving.Mohammad has also cancelled my lessons due to sickness on a few occasions. When I reached out to book another, there were few slots times. It would be polite to give me a choice of dates, especially when he cancelled the lesson. There have been occasions where Mohammad has needed to prioritise test pupils, and I have been kind enough to switch slots with other pupils or cut my tuition 30 minutes short when he asked me. Perhaps I was too kind.Mohammad was unwell again for over a week at the end of November, so I reached out to check in, only to be informed that he was now in jury service for at least two weeks. I had no prior warning to book lessons beforehand. I have had family and friends called to jury service, and they had one month's notice to prepare as it is a legal requirement. To date, the continuity of my lessons has been affected. I am beyond hurt as I have invested in Mohammad's driving school. For the first time, I started to gain confidence in my driving skills. My confidence has taken a knock.

Chess driving school have already set a high benchmark by their professional skill, teaching technic. Instructor mohammed ; is a punctual, hardworking and honest person. His in-depth knowledge about Uk driving & rules impressed me most. I wish him good luck for his future endevours.

Mohammed is a brilliant teacher. I started lessons with him after trying with two other instructors in London; I was extremely anxious and hated pretty much every aspect of driving but knew I needed to learn for work. Mohammed was very patient and he really cares about ensuring his students enjoy his lessons. I am a teacher, and from one teacher to another I can tell he really focuses on making his own teaching style flexible so that he can best help his students. I ended up passing my first time taking the test!!! I can't recommend him highly enough.
