Great service. Called on day as desperately needed extra wide rebated door frames 155mm as original order from Carvers Wolverhampton was out of stock and no eta. MSS had them available to collect same day and quality was really good. The cost was cheaper too. Will use again.

Used MSS Timber Merchants many times now - I create many outdoor projects and the quality/straightness of timber is one of my main priorities together with value. I've found the timber from MSS to be straight and true - yes its a natural product so there's always some variation but in the past I've had shipments from other suppliers where 50% is not within what I would class as acceptable but never had that issue with MSS Timber and they are very good value for money.

Ordered yesterday and got the delivery a day earlier than expected. Appreciated the call in the morning asking what time I would like it to be delivered also. The sleepers I ordered are great and will do nicely for my project. Thank you, will use again in future.

First time I've used this business. Ordered Saturday morning and delivered at 9am Tuesday morning. Notified of delivery day before and at 7am on morning of delivery. Timbers all dry and straight! Very efficient business and friendly polite driver too. Would definitely recommend and use again.

First time using MSS but will definitely use again and recommend to friends. Easy ordering and great communication, via email, from Ricky about delivery day/time. I then had a phone call asking if it was OK to deliver an hour early - 9am. Delivery guy was great and helped unload. I had the whole day to get started with my project. Well done MSS.

Purchased my doors and custom staircase carcass from MSS and couldn't be happier with the service and price competitiveness. Ricky was especially attentive to ensure the process was done as smoothly as possible and after many calls, meetings and onsite visits we achieved the desired result. I have to say not just Ricky but all the staff at MSS were a pleasure to deal with and I have recommended them many times to friends and family. I also needed some custom timber cuts urgently and they were provided. Only wish we went through them for our Kitchen as the range in the showroom is possibly the most stylish in the Midlands.
