We've had issues with our central heating for awhile now and I was reluctant to contact a plumber online due to previous bad experience. However, after a bit of research, I ended up contacting Masood and I wasn't disappointed. From the first phone call to when he came in and finished the job - he was polite, helpful and professional. I'm definitely saving his contact!

Masood has come to my house twice in the past couple of weeks to deal with two separate issues, the first being a stubborn airlock resulting in no cold water supply to my bathroom, and the second being a problem with my hot water caused by a seized valve.On both occasions that I have contacted him Masood was able to attend the next day. He worked efficiently and diagnosed the problems quickly. He clearly explained the problems to me and offered solutions with anticipated prices.I have found him to be friendly and professional. His fees were very reasonable and transparent and clearly explained.I would recommend Masood's services unreservedly to anyone in the area needing assistance with their plumbing or heating. I cannot recommend Sky Plumbing & Heating enough.My hot water stopped working; I had called in two other plumbers who were not able resolve the issue.Wish I had called Masood in the first place.He was very polite and very professional.I was shown his plumbing accreditation and he really knew what he was talking about.Within minutes he had found the issue and started working on it.After explaining and then fixing the issue, he took the time to do some long overdue maintenance on the whole system.He gave me some great advice and I now know how my Central heating system works.If you want a professional plumber who really knows his trade and offers a very reasonable rate, then Sky Plumbing & Heating should be the first number you call.

Fantastic service Masood was excellent. Had a leak bathtub masood was so quick to come and absolutely professional fixed it quickly and installed a new tap for me. I then booked him for a boiler service and radiator balance. Again he came right on time fitting me in between school runs. Showed me exactly what was done and receipt for parts he bought (all original). Such s good cost will be using him for all my plumbing issues. Thank you.

Masood was able to help within 24 hours of being contacted. He made a very professional repair of a leaking pipe behind our toilet cistern. He explained the options for completing the pipe repair, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. A very polite and friendly plumber, who I would recommend.
