Millies Cookie's Hull Princes Quay

Popped in to pick up a last minute cookie and was told there was a few hour turn around, which is expected. However I told them i was in a rush for an appointment and staff (laura & emma i believe) facilitated this, managing to get us a gorgeous cookie in 20 minutes. Amazing customer service and helped me out massively!

Absolutely amazing service, the lady us always super bubbly and helpfull, she made a cookie for my daughters having a baby and that looked fantastic. I just did an order for my daughters 16th birthday, she was so patient while I decided what I wanted. A hugevthank you for always giving such great service, so happy and welcoming, nothing is to much trouble. Thank you 10/10 as always

Ordered a birthday cookie for collection on 7/3/23. From start to finish the team were really helpful in making sure we were able to order what we wanted ie flavour, design and wording. On collection I have to say I was so impressed with the final outcome. The Winnie the Pooh design my daughter had asked for was beyond expectation. Thank you all so much.

Pre ordered a cookie for my daughters birthday! From the first steps to placing to then going to collect the team was fantastic! Got the cookie spot on! Communication was outstanding and even down to the presentation!! My daughter was over the moon & so was I!! Thanks again!!

Always excellent cookies. Ordered decorated slices for our daughter's birthday, done exactly to time, nicely executed, attractive, colourful and very tasty.

Popped into baskin robins today on the way to the cinema to buy an ice cream . I haven’t had one for ages and remember in its hay day it had great ice creams , fabulous hot fudge sauce loads of toppings and although often more than £5 was a great treat .Today was the complete opposite, only half the fridge in operation, the staff member and the manager were so rude talking between them selves only speaking to me to bark out what ice cream did I want?The assistant had no clue what a 2 scoop sundae was . It went on ….. what sauce did I want? Hot fudge please , a negative chorus of we don’t have that was shouted out by both assistants, oh so what do you have ? The assi right? That served me read of the bottlesMore deliberations of what else should be on there , a topping? Flake or a sprinklesI went for flake , this was a poor choice.At the till more chat about the sundae clearly they didn’t have what should of been included and I left with sauce ice cream and a bad flakeSorry don’t think I’ll be returning, the good old days of baskin robins are over . Shame really .
