My husband and I recently purchased a used Focus from Taunton Ford with Sean, he was patient and so helpful throughout the whole experience. Nothing felt like too much trouble and I didn’t feel pushed into making any decisions, Sean usually answered the phone or got back to us really quickly when we had any questions. I could not fault the service we received and we’re really happy with the car we eventually bought. An entirely different customer experience to the one I had when buying my own car from a different manufacturer, Sean is exactly what a sales man should be. Thanks again!
