Überfone Forestside Belfast

Never going back.I went in with in iPod touch but then got turned down very rudely but then I went to fone house and they got it fixed I’m also angry because he said no one could fix it

Had a problem with my phone for months where it wouldn't charge properly, had planned to send it away to the company I bought it off but as I was in Forrestside I called in on the off chance they might be able to repair it faster or cheaper. Guy took one look at it and immediately knew what the problem was, fixed it in less than a minute in front of me, free of charge. Very professional and friendly, they really know what they're doing.

I had an issue with the charger port on my tablet. Dara quickly sorted the problem (debris + broken bit on casing connecting port). He showed me how to put the cable in without it requiring fixing which would have been expensive and didn't even charge me!

Great service. While fixing a phone screen they identified and rectified (without extra cost) a bad previous repair. Standard repairs are a little more expensive than some other places. Overall excellent though.

I was very impressed with how professional the staff are in this store, I had gone in as my screen was no long fit for purpose so I left it in and done some shopping and once I came back it was ready to collect. Keep up the hard work, I highly recommend a visit to the Forestside store.

I met Mark and the owner of Uberfone at the Forestside store this evening, and both were lovely helpful guys. Mark fixed my iPhone in about 15 mins. (I went there after an obnoxious Apple 'genius' at the Apple Store in Belfast (Matt) had quoted me £145 for some imaginary fault and said he would have to send the phone away, which would take 7-10 days to repair.)Uberphone were one third of the price, they knew exactly what they were doing, and were so pleasant to deal with.Apple really let themselves down today - they could learn a thing or two about customer service from Uberfone.

Bought a phone case, left the store and sat down in Forestside to put my phone in it. Wasn't happy with the quality of the case so went back to the store not straight away to be told they don't do refunds. I could understand if I'd used the case and brought it home but it was literally in my possession for less than 5 minutesThe staff member in the store (was was very helpful to be fair) took the case out of the box before I bought it to show me it. If I hadn't bought it, it would have been back in the box and back on the shelves no questions asked, but because I walked away with it for 5 minutes without even using it I can't get a refund.First time I've used Uberfone and will sadly be the last. Very disappointed.
