Came in to get tracking done, tracking wouldn’t adjust, found out the inner tie rod wasn’t tight enough and came undone, Craig and is knowledge rectified the problem and now tracking now sorted. Would recommend these guys as they are fast and efficient whilst maintaining professionalism.Thank you Craig and the team. Top job done.

Brought my car here to have 2 tyres fitted. Ask specifically mid range tyres. Had 2 budget tyres fitted. Paid £180 for the pair of them. Come back a week later due to having a puncture to then be told I can have it repaired or can have the tyre replaced for £75 including fitting and balancing. Not only did they over charge me in the first place but then became rude and walked away when I asked when the prices changed and why I was charged £180 to have the pair fitted.

If I could give 0 stars it would be minus.I brought my car in on Monday to have a tyre changed,Drove the car home to hear grinding on the side that got changed and to notice a big chip and dent on the paint work! just above where the tyre was changed. Wasn't there before I brought it in. Looks like it's been knocked by something.I now have to pay another garage to Rectify the damage that's been done, and that's not even for the paint work yet!It's extremely unprofessional as it's going to cost so much just to get a new wing or a paint touch up let along to sort out the grinding

Called them to get brake pads changed and they told me to come for 2:30. Arrived there and they said they can’t work on it u til 4:00pm. I went back at 5:30pm to see that my car hasn’t been moved and the owner says he “couldn’t turn my car on”. (It is a simple push start button on a BMW 3 series 2007). This was ridiculous and took my keys and left. This is the second time that I’ve wasted my day going to them. Honestly wouldn’t not recommend.

Being media personal based locally in Reading, I am duty bond to leave genuine review for the MD Tyres & Auto Services.It was my very first experience with them, their workmanship is so professional and reasonable that I am forced to leave my old Mechnic and sticking to them from now on.Being such a huge MOT and repair centre and also being busy with their pre-booked work you will still find them very calm, listening to your problem and book you in for repair with no surprise cost.DEFINITELY 5 stars for them and fully recommend.

Exceptional service today from Sam and the rest of his team. Friendly, genuine guys who gave me a great deal on having all four tyres replaced. They managed to slot me in on the day and had me back on the road in 30mins. Thank you so much for the swift and friendly service! Would definitely recommend and use their services again. ☺️
