The staff there were very friendly, good deals on their furniture can't complain!

Absolutely disgusting customer service, thought we would support local business, initial meeting found the salesman helpful, arranged for someone to come out the next day to measure up, only for someone to come out with an attitude, saying the carpet we had picked was a nightmare to fit and that no-one else stocked that type of carpet, then went back to the shop the same afternoon to get the price, and as a customer it is perfectly acceptable to query price, but we were met with the owner shouting that we were penny pinchers and that he knew we were trouble from the moment he saw us, to say we were shocked is an understatement. No-one deserves to be spoken to like that. Needless to say we will not be going with rendles which is such a shame as all of this was totally unnecessary and uncalled for !!

I have been dealing with Rendles since the early 80s and they have never let us down. Have had carpets, bedroom furniture and several settees. We ordered 2 settees 3 weeks ago and they delivered today. My sister took over a year to get hers recently from a large company. The lads who delivered today went above and beyond, great service.
