IMO Car Wash
Car nice and clean. However. Only giving one star as for mini valet,which suppose to take 15-20 mins I've spent waiting 2 hours( no other customers were having valet service) and then the guy tried to charge me for full valet ,which I never received and I was told that full hand wax" being done inside the car wash before I get my car valeted. Overall good place for quick car wash but not valet"

IMO Car Wash
I used the Arc Car Wash today for the first time. It was under new management and was attended by Zoltan who was a nice guy and very helpful with a professional attitude. I had my car washed and valet and the cost was very reasonable and good value for money. I have recommended already to all my friends and family. I will use this car wash again. Best car wash in Bathgate.

This is an amazing - and cheap - place to get your car washed. They're always fast and efficient and you can get your car washed from 99p way up to a tenner for the super-duper ultimate wash. They also offer valeting services.

I always come to this car wash as its done very well, you can pay different prices starting very low at under £3 or get the best wash at £10 I prefer the £10 but if I was low on cash then the lowest price would do the trick.

Good service and helpful staff. I downloaded the app which gave me money off my car wash. Member of staff helped me to navigate the app as the barcode wouldn't scan.After the wash the car came out sparkling clean.Highly recommended

Went to here today for a wash and velvet.Helpful staff who rushed my valet for me as I didn’t have time and done it exactly how I wanted giving time they had to do the job.10/10 for customer care and a good job done.

IMO Car Wash
Put car in for a mini valet plus. Should include hand wax. Car was still dirty in places. So obviously not hand waxed. Raised the issue and just got a shrug of the shoulders in return. Rip off. Stay awayWheels were also dirty.
