I have used Knowles Skirting twice now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The website is so easy to use and has plenty of choice. The goods, which in my case was skirting board, are very well packaged to ensure they are delivered in the condition that they leave the factory. The customer service is second to none from confirmation of order to a courtesy call detailing delivery prior to shipping and asking if there are any requirements to pass on to the courier. Amazing !

The skirting boards were as expected and delivered on time. I've got nothing bad to say about them or the skirting. I've ordered some architrave and I'm expecting the same zero thought" experience

Phoned up Thursday morning to explicitly request next day delivery and was promised if I put an order through it would arrive Friday. On Friday I started to worry that the order wasn't going to arrive, so I phoned and emailed but no one got back to me. It wasn't until Monday morning I finally got through and was told it would now arrive on Tuesday - 5 DAYS LATE! I was offered NO COMPENSATION and a half hearted apology for a service I didn't receive and for being lied to over the phone. Simply awful, if you need a company you can rely on, look elsewhere.

I have used Knowles a few times for replacement skirtings and architraves for my Victorian property as an ongoing refurbishment, the quality is always 1st class, 100% better quality than a lot of the DIY stores, the DIY stores may be a bit cheaper but at the sacrifice of quality, buckled and warped skirtings. The skirtings I received were delivered securely protected and wrapped to ensure they arrived in perfect condition - very pleased and will use again in the future.
