Flight Network UK trading as Gotogate.They cancelled my return flight due to their admin error and did not inform me. I found out when trying to check in for it! So, I paid the airline over the counter again to return home.Upon my return, I sent everything to Gotogate who bounced me around their Helpdesk for four months. No apology, no ownership, just lies about the reasons why.So I took them to court - and won.This company does not care about customer service and does not own or resolve problems until they are confronted with the possibility of a court asking them questions.Anyone can make a mistake but it is how you resolve it that makes all the difference.

DO NOT BUY THROUGH THEM! my partner and I had flights booked form Dubai to London which they had cancelled however made NO effort to communicate this with us. They even sent us a 'check in for your flight' email the night before. We turned up to the airport and the airline told us the agency had cancelled this. We called flight network and they gave us a big spiel which didn't make sense and said we had to purchase a transfer ticket of $700 which we agreed to as our flight was leaving in 2 hours. We paid and an hour later had no email with confirmation of tickets like they said we would.... we then called them back they said no you won't receive confirmation till tomorrow... even though they knew our flight was in less than an hour!!! we bought $5k worth of flights directly through the airline and have had the most difficult time trying to contact flight network to refund all our money back...!!! would never use again. I have told everyone I knew who's travelling to avoid them at all costs.

They refuse to amend their mistake. they can only do this, the airline cannot touch my flight, but they just need to contact them and request the change at no cost. What are the authorities doing, this people shouldn't be banned from trading, this is ripping people's money off. I really don't what I can do, how they are allowed to operate in the way they do!

GOT SCAMMED!!! Paid, got no receipt sent after the purchase. No flight number or anything, no contact details to be found to contact them. & are refusing to give money back.

Avoid Mytrip like the plague. I have been chasing flight cancellation refunds for almost a year now. They are a nightmare to deal with; fob-off merchants. I don't trust them as far as I can kick them. They display the IATA logo, but that appears to offer no consumer protection (as distinct from ABTA etc). Book direct with an airline or via a proper"/ trustworthy travel agent"

Booked a trip with them, flight got cancelled by airline. Months have passed since, but guess what -- they are still stalling giving me my money back. Seems that's their business model: collect interest on refunded flights and try to fob you off, until you give up. But instead, I will take them to court (and will attach their Trustpilot reviews). Borderline scam.

Do not use. Inept, attempted to resolve issue last minute after being made aware multiple times over the course of 3 weeks. Avoid at all cost.

Never again! Prices sound great but I too had a cancellation. Now 6 months and still waiting for refund. Im in the flight game and there is no way refunds through IATA take this amount of time. Shoukd be barred from trading. ABTA or IATA need to get on top of this organisation

Deeply regret I still have to give a start to them. They are the worst agent I have ever experienced. Unprofessional, unreliable and impossible to get though to them

worse customer service ever. I will never book a ticket from this company. if you need to change the date or cancel flight, no one has acces to do that in customer support team as they said. You have to wait till thier CEO calls you back in whenever they want.
