Looking for a new work premises

I had a pallet delivery on Wednesday 16th March following a call to arrange this on Tuesday. Both the members of staff I dealt with were extremely polite and helpful . I'm afraid that I can't remember the name of the lady from the Deeside office who rang me but it was Dan who made the delivery. He was efficient and friendly, and clearly demonstrated great customer service. Thank you both.

Placed an order for delivery Tuesday not delivered. Then Wednesday not delivered. Phoned today after been on hold for 30mins at a time. Asking why won't you deliver my pallet. They said that they weren't sure why it wasn't delivered till now but it would be by 9am. Pallet still not delivered by 9am i phone back they said the driver was sick so they have had to find a new driver and re assured us it would be delivered by 12am again never delivered and as of 5:30 still not delivered. I have never felt the need to complain about a delay by shipping but the extent of there lies at this company and there service is terrible
