The Training Society

Completed my forklift course here and my trainer Steve was brilliant. Front day one he made me feel at home. As someone who has never had any experience with a forklift, he explained everything and i never felt overwhelmed or under pressure. He made the whole experience really enjoyable and fun.All staff are really friendly and welcoming! Would definitely recommend taking a course here, they have different courses available too! Huge thanks to Steve and Jane

Having just done my Level 3 First Aid course, I can honestly recommend not only the trainer Steven Stamford, who is excellent and clearly enjoys what he does, but the training facilities too. Huge thanks to Steve and Jane!

Great training, Steve is an excellent trainer. Would recommend the 3 Day First Aid Course, which is very informative. Overall, Steve and Jane are very welcoming and encouraging...definitely a lot of laughs. Thanks again!

I joined the 3 day First Aid Training course to further a potential career in Paramedic studies, so for me the course was interesting as I have a passion for medical science. However, Steven who delivered the course, made the learning that much more engaging, not only with his superb sense of humour, but with INCREDIBLE knowledge of not only the course, but almost any other subject you could possibly think of! He has an answer to any question you have regarding the first aid course, and he is so patient at explaining things so that you have a better understanding. He is happy to teach at YOUR pace, which makes it so much more of a comfortable experience and not at all like those days at school! I was honestly sad the day my course came to an end, as I really am going to miss the energy and enthusiasm Steven brought to every lesson! And what’s more…if there is ever anything you’re unsure about or would like explaining again, or need advice, he’s reachable to contact even after you’ve completed your course. 10/10 would recommend! I’d happily jump at the chance to do it again!!!!

I've just completed a 2 day First Aid Refresher course with Jane and Steven. Steven is very knowledgeable and experienced in all fields of life and made the course fun even passing on his tips and tricks with a triangular bandage! (now I know why you get so many in the first aid box) If you didn't fully understand something he was more than happy to explain further. The classrooms are clean and spacious and in these uncertain times, Jane has ensured there were no more than 6 to a course, even staggering break/lunch times so all other courses are not mixing in the kitchen at the same time. I highly recommend The Training Society and I wish Jane and the team all the best for the future.

Great people, down to earth, and willing to help anyone who wants to help themselves. Steve and Jane are very friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend them

I did fork lift training and to be honest was nervous about the course. That soon passed when they say here is kitchen area help yourself to tea/coffee when ever you like.The course itself was great being very informative but with a little fun too.Dave ! the trainer is very patient and guide’s you through the whole process.I’m sad it had to end (even though I passed) it was really enjoyable and I can not recommend this place enough. Thank you all.

Really enjoyed the course, was really pleased when I found out it was Warren doing the course, as every course I have done with him has been brilliant
