The worst experience EVER.We taken the laptop with a broken screen for a screen replacement here in April. Long story short - all the deadlines they provided were missed, every time we called the support line wasn’t aware of the status how the repair is progressing. 2 months later we finally got our laptop back and guess what - the screen didn’t work!! It literally was falling out of the laptop, so it had never been fixed.We had to take it back and now they came back to us to say that they made screen to work but some cable inside got loose so they can’t guarantee how long the screen is going to be working for. And of course the “cable being loose” has never been mentioned before, so I believe it is a new problem they caused.I’m so distressed and angry, I don’t know what to do now because they are clearly incapable of providing the repair services so I’m going to have to go to a different place and pay for the cable to be replaced… probably will cost me double now.The conclusion - this “repair center” is a complete joke, the service is horrible, they wasted 2 months of my time, brought a lot of stress to my life and broke my laptop even more as a result. Simply outrageous.

I asked this shop to tell me if my Ipad could be fixed and the lady said I had to pay £50 for that!!...I refused!, then I took my lpad to 7G phone repair shop in Church Street and they told me my Ipad could not be fixed totally free!!.

Terrible experience. Took my Samsung Galaxy S22 here for a new screen. Was not contacted when it was ready, I had to call them. When I went to pick it up I had to wait for half an hour because the receptionist was out for lunch. I was given the phone and charged £50 more than I was quoted; their excuse being a labour charge that they forgotten to mention. Now that I have the phone back the camera isn't working, despite it working fine beforehand. I've been told they can order me a new camera, no doubt at cost to me. All in all this experience was so negative, I think this place is to be avoided. I feel really let down by them.

Sadly, very poor customer service again from Click. Had a negative experience a year or so ago, but having heard the management had changed, thought I'd give them another go. Very similar experience to before; waited longer than told for the very simple job (data extractions from laptop onto external hard drive), when received the HDD back it is missing all data expected, then following three emails and two voicemails left, still no response! Would not recommend.*Update* Was finally contacted by Click who were very apologetic for the problems and explained the reason behind the lack of contact. I ended up receiving what I needed on my hard drive so this was turned into a positive experience. Would be happy to use them again

To be honest, I’m afraid my experience was rather disappointing. I asked to have an old MacBook reset to factory settings and have the latest software installed, which I was told would be fine. When I got it home, however, I found I couldn’t access most of the websites I needed. I phoned and was told that the machine was far too old to support the latest OS. I queried why nobody had told me that when I’d taken it in and the response was to the effect that I should have known. Their advice was to download Google Chrome, but I couldn’t make that work either.At their invitation, I took it back this morning and was told that they’d done ‘exactly what I’d asked’ by ‘spending most of the day’ doing a factory reset and installing the ‘latest software available for that Mac’, which struck me as a rather disingenuous reply. There’s a big difference between ‘the latest software’ and ‘the latest software available’. Technically, I suppose they are correct, but they assumed a level of computer knowledge I don’t have, which is why I’d gone to them in the first place. Had anyone taken the trouble to explain when I took it in (or even before starting work on it) that I knew I’d still end up with an out of date OS, I wouldn’t have bothered. I’ve gained virtually nothing and spent £75. To be fair, they did install Google Chrome for me while I was there. However, even that hasn’t really proved to be much of a solution. I hope that future customers will be kept better informed and so avoid a similar situation.

Very good, friendly, reliable service for both phones and laptops, at a very reasonable price. Sometimes takes a bit longer than other places might, but you can't rush quality.

I took my sons Xbox to have the hdmi port fixed, they were so helpful and ordered the part that day, I dropped the Xbox off at 5pm on Wednesday and it was fixed first thing Thursday morning. I collected it today and it is as good as new. My son is very happy and so am I. Extremely knowledge, professional and very kind. They also charge a lot less than other places and texted and emailed me when my repair number and updates. Thank you, I will definitely recommend you to others.
