Trying to sort a problem out for my brother who has learning difficulties. There was an issue with the sim card in his very old style phone. The man in this shop was extremely helpful, respectful and very patient with my brother and got everything sorted. Highly recommended the service here, much appreciated.

After smashing the screen on my iPhone 6, I called The Tech Box to see if they could fix it. Dropped my phone off, and within 40 minutes received a text to say it was ready for collection!Fabulous & quick service, without having to be without your phone for days! Thank you.

Most of the references to this business on the web are from the time of the previous owner. There are some horribly out-of-date directories out there, which only seem to exist as clickbait for paid adverts, and even this site has old pictures suggesting they repair consoles.Since I originally posted this I bought a second-hand tablet here. It was a good deal, with no problems. I do glance over the window display when I pass but the changes have made it less interesting to me.

Sold a £250 screen repair on a Samsung S21 ultra phone, at Tech Box. Told it was a Samsung screen, hence the waiting time on screen being delivered. Now told the repair is not genuine Samsung screen and the resale value of my £250 phone is £50 by Mazuma!!!!!whos fooling who!!!! Cash only at tech box…. Beware and research, unlike foolish me
