I needed to sell a house in Williton after my Mum moved to a care home, leaving the place vacant. I live over 200 miles away and needed an agent to manage more than just the sales process. GTH were really helpful throughout, always on the ball, and acted promptly. GTH found reliable local trades people to clean, clear the house, and even service the heating, saving me worries and time. The sales process was good too with a faultless marketing brochure, updates on viewings, and realistic advice during negotiation. After agreement of the sale they kept in contact sharing updates from the solicitors and buyer. I had contact with several members of their team and they were always well informed about the situation and acted as a team. Happy to recommend wholeheartedly.

We were very excited to have found a rental property after looking for sometime, however on the day of moving in we were handed over the keys to a very dirty property. We expressed our thoughts to the agent unfortunately for us we were left to sort this out ourselves. To clean the property to a standard we would allow our furniture to come in took us a total of three 7 hour days along with 1.5 hours from two contract cleaners whom expressed the property was in a filthy state and should in their opinion have been deep cleaned before letting.To say we were disappointed is an understatement we expected more from GTH.
