Made my purchase of vinyl flooring at the Erdington store. A helpful guy named Lewis served me and addressed my confusion about roll width, which way I wanted the pattern to run etc, most helpful. Gave me a price, delivery date, and arranged a fitter to call a couple of days later. He called a few days before delivery and fitting to arrange an exact time slot too. The fitter (Josh) came and did a very neat job (lots of cutting into and around kitchen units), super neat job actually, looks stunning. Great experience all round.

I came across this company while googling for vinyl flooring a couple months ago. I purchased a length of vinyl 4 metres by 2 metres called kaleidoscope for my new updated kitchen at a very reasonable price. Would probably purchase again later

Amazing! We have purchased all the flooring for our new home from here and it’s been wonderful. The sales people have all been amazing and understanding with what we want and helped us choose. Never felt pressured to buy and everyone is friendly and welcoming. The fitter Josh is lovely and always does a professional job. Can’t fault you, thank you so much.

VILE company. Everything ordered and they didn’t bother to advise that the lower quality laminate wouldn’t be suitable for my lounge. Got charged £120 call out fee because of their lack of advice. As a single young woman with no flooring knowledge as an average consumer, I expected they would be more helpful in letting me know what can/cannot be used - no, they are there to sell, not to advise on flooring (despite being a flooring specialist!). Apparently the average consumer is supposed to know all about flooring and everything that goes with it. So furious and upset, they didn’t care at all - my loss.

Great store with a huge range of flooring types where you can see the tiles/planks on a large scale rather than relying on a small sample. The free sample service is fast and efficient, and I received a follow-up call to let me know where the store is located. Staff are friendly,professional, and very helpful, especially with bemused 'numb nose' customers, such as myself, faced with so many options. Staff are also knowledgeable and keen to provide an excellent customer experience.

Amazing products and brilliant customer service, Idris really helped explain the variety of products and advised what’s best for the price range I was willing to spend. He also offered some samples which I’m really grateful for. Definitely will recommend this shop to family and friends due to its brilliant customer service.

Shopped here by chance and absolutly quality service! Very personable and friendly approach and me and my partner didn’t feel pressured at any point. We ended up buying grey carpet for our downstairs.Happy with the speed, service and quality of the product.
