I had noticed my hair thinning at the crown and temples in my mid 20’s and hated the sight of it getting noticeably worse as I approached 30. Comparing myself to photos just a few years earlier with a perfect hairline really knocked my confidence and got me more and more stressed as I noticed more hair loss.I approached MHR after a year of thinking about getting advice/treatment and went into the first assessment, expecting to be told i’d need a transplant and it would be expensive. I couldn’t have been more wrong as Craig talked me through a simpler, less expensive alternative that was suited to me and was more about reactivating hair roots through LLLT and applying a lotion twice a day.After 5 months of doing this there is a huge difference and I am very happy with the results so far and there are still many months to go on this treatment.The team at MHR are very nice, approachable people and the clinic as a whole was defiantly the right choice for me to go with. Service is 10/10 and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of taking the first step into restoring their hair loss and confidence.

My hair was getting thinner and thinner and I didn’t know what to do, I’d been to the doctors and didn’t have a thyroid problem or zinc deficiency. I tried shampoos and shop bought products but no change. Then I started to follow MHR on Instagram and was impressed by the results in the pictures. I went along to the Manchester (Rostherne) MHR and spoke to Sarah and decided to sign up for the 8 month course. This involved herbal tablets and applying Minoxidil daily and laser treatment fortnightly for 40 mins. It is such a relaxing experience. Bethan makes sure you have tea or coffee and takes care of putting the machine on and follow up appointments. She always has a welcoming smile. There are TVs in the rooms and free WIFI. You can't feel the laser , no heat, no discomfort. Dean did regular consultations to check my progress and little by little it started to thicken, then new growth. It got shiny. My work colleagues noticed it first, then my hairdresser. I'm very happy with the results and although my course is finished I can contine with the products to maintain the growth. Ive been coming to MHR Clinic Manchester for 12 months now and i can seriously recommend the sevice. On my 1st day i was incredibley nervous. The minute i walked through the door though, that all melted away. The staff at reception were warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. I had an initial introduction into how the treatment worked. Before i came, i have to admit i was somewhat sceptical but after everything was explained to me, i decided to go ahead. Im absolutely over the moon with my results and my condidence has been restored in myself. I only wish i had discovered this treatment before i had my long hair cut due to the balding on top of my head. This whole 12 months has been such a positive experience and i shall miss the staff and can only recommend them to anyone whos having issues with their hair and confidence. Over the past few years I had noticed that my hair had started thinning and in some areas had fallen out. As time went by some of the areas has become worse than others and decided it was time to actively explore the options available and through long periods of trawling the Internet, stumbled across MHR Clinic.After making contact with them through their website, I was contacted the following day to book myself in for a consultation. I had no idea what was entailed and prior to visiting was unsure of whether the various treatments would work for me, given the nature of how my hair was thinning and falling out.The thing that stood out the most at the initial consultation was the level of detail and thoroughness of the explanations given as to why my hair had become thin, damaged and non existent in certain areas. I was also impressed with the use of technology to show what exactly was happening on my head and what the chances of salvaging what was left were, by the end of the session I was convinced it would work for me and signed up for an eighteen session course.Within a couple of months, any skepticism had gone as I had started to notice visible differences in the coverage and thickness of my hair. The differences were also noticed by my family and friends who have all commented on what a big difference a few months of treatment had made.Skipping forward a few months to September where I had just completed the halfway mark in my treatment and in turn undergoing my mid-way consultation, I was completely shocked to see the transformation from day one until now. What a difference nine sessions under the lasers had made, I was completely shocked to see the progress made, especially to the areas which were barren of hair. Having seen the progress made at this point I am excited to see the final results at the end of my course.Another positive note are how helpful and friendly the staff are, always very welcoming and happy to help with and questions or concerns I may have. What a journey for me. Gone from being very self conscious of my hair and my look to being full of confidence. Prior to starting I had very fine and thin hair causing to see right through to the scalp. Fast forwards 8 months, 16 lasers later, correct herbal medication and my hair is the thickest and healthiest it has looked in years! So pleased I chose MHR Clinic. My hair was thinning massively with patches of baldness. I was beginning to lose my self confidence and would wear a hat or cap everywhere! After a consultation with the amazing Dean I went on a 12 month laser, medication and herbal treatment course, and the results have been absolutely fantastic. If you stick to the plan and commit to it fully you begin to see progress after a few months. Now after just finishing the 12 months I’m over the moon with the results! I have only had 11 sessions of hair restoration at MHR clinic and I am speechless at the results I have already experienced. I was completely skeptical about the entire process at first, and was convinced that I needed a hair transplant.
