We have used these guys numerous times over the last few years. I think a good review for good service is overdue. Reinstalling Windoes 10, power problem on PC, email problems - you name it.

My Dell laptop start up was very irregular, I contacted HelpSaveMyComputer.. They did a thorough check, provided an acceptable quote and carried out the work inside the forecast time and within the quote. I have used Kevin’s service several times in the last few years on main PC and laptop. Has always sorted out whatever mess I have made of PC within a few days. Explains clearly what needs to be done and suggestions for repair. Costs are always very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

What a find!Needed to replace the screen on my laptop and out of about 8 numbers I tried, Kevin's was the only option for me as he already had the screen in stock - others were all saying minimum 3 working days to order - and his cost was also the most competitive.Thanks for a great service!

Kevin was fab. My computer had crashed on a friday morning and after a quick phone call to him he had made space in his diary to take a look. Wihtin hours he had called me with a diagnosis and a plan to put it right. My laptop was returned to me before the start of the new business week and I was ready to go. I highly recommend Kevin, he's a very genuine guy, who knows his stuff. Unfortunately the laptop couldn't be saved due to the cost of the parts. The diagnostic charge was very reasonable though.Ten out of 10 even though it's a five star rating on here :-)

Sorted out my MacBook Air for me after i dropped it and it went very slow and battery wouldn't charge. Also last year migrated my Windows laptop programs and files to MacBook. Great service. Highly recommended!
