Had a look at some cars here, we decided to buy a BMW x5. The salesman Derek Fulton was so helpful ,nothing was too much trouble for him. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone interested in buying a car, ask for Derek and I'm sure you will be as happy as we are.

Great first experience with Lexus Carlisle, everyone I dealt with was lovely and pleasant.

The Lexus car we have is very good. However the service department leaves a lot to be desired . Very poor communication. A failure to deal with matter at a service which should have been attended to. I made a 4 hour round trip to have a annual service etc and now am faced with going to another garage to resolve wheel camber/tracking issues. Not good enough. I will not use this dealership again.

Excellent and professional. Answered all my questions without being condescending or grumpy, which can be all too common with garages. Resolved everything I asked them to look at, and some things I didn't even notice was a problem.Hayley, Sharon, and Dougie were excellent, as well as the technician Neil.The bill wasn't even much more expensive than the usual independents I go to, and it came with a lovely courtesy car. I'll be coming here for any future services on my car.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Lexus Carlisle. After diagnosing a problem with my Lexus IS that was not initially anticipated, a courtesy car was arranged for me on the spot and I was provided with an accurate timeline of what to expect. Sharon went above and beyond to provide updates and excellent customer service. Thank you Sharon, the technician Mark, and the service team!

Reliably good service and great staff.

Originally arrived at the branch having driven from London and upon arrival a Check Hybrid System" warning shown on my car.Went to the branch to have this checked (Hybrid System Under Warranty via Annual Health Checks) to which i was charged £120 for diagnostic and clearing the fault. Was disappointed to have been charged as i was under warranty and explained this to the advisor but she said my warranty did not cover this.I later complained to which the After Sales Manager Dougie Field investigated and a few days later offered me a full refund as the procedures followed were not to Lexus standards.I am only changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars as a result of Dougie's prompt response and resolution however still feel as though my initial experience at the branch was not great."
