An amazing Pilates instructor. Highly recommend her online classes. Lessons for all abilities as Maria will adjust the exercise for your level. Friendly focused classes. Give it ago. She’s saved our sanity throughout lockdown.

Maria was so welcoming and immediately made me feel at ease in the class. She demonstrated the exercises very clearly, offering easier or harder alternatives, according to each person's ability. She kept an eye on each participant, offering help and encouragement. The class was useful with a solid workout and also had a very positive vibe. I'm definitely coming back for more!

Great introduction to Pilates. I started because I had heard it was good for my bad back and poor posture from sitting in front of a computer all day.The exercises had an immediate effect. Maria was able to provide guidance on which exercises would be beneficial as well as other tips for maintaining a good posture throughout the day.
