Visiting my mother first time this year, and was completely disgusted at the state of the the entrance hallway and ceiling with tiles missing still from my last visit in early December. It seems that the council has neglected this property for the residents for rather a long time. If the contractors sent to carry out the work are not able to do the job then they should be replaced with competent contractors ASAP. Swindon Borough Council needs to improve the service they give to people in shelterd properties.

Mum has lived here for many years! She's fit and able and is happy here. It's a short walk into town (which she does most days) and she has lots of friends - both in arthur Bennett Court and Swindon generally!
