Couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome from Catriona and her staff. I phoned and asked if they could do a medical check on my mums 17 year old dog even though the dogs not registered there. Very accommodating and friendly staff.Thank you very much for your assistance.

Our pet needed to see a vet urgently and we were away from our home vet. Catriona responded immediately to 3 out of hours calls in one night to treat Freya. This was a very distressing time for us and especially our pet. Catriona was incredibly caring to her and made it a priority to relieve her pain. We would not hesitate in recommending this practice unreservedly for the professional, caring treatment to both Freya and my husband and I. As we were obviously very upset, the following day we received a personal call checking to see how we were. Thanks also to Gwen for her caring words when leaving for the animal hospital. We cannot thank them enough.

Was over in Dunoon for a funeral the other day and was close by to the vets and I here it has a good right up witch is good to here as I recently had to put my own dog to sleep due to complicated circumstances as she was 16 I thought it was best thing to do we miss her so muchRip Murphy xx

We could not recommend the Dunoon branch higher who took such good care of our golden retriever pup over the last year. Our Vet Nurse Amie went above and beyond to support us through Buddy's development and nothing was ever too much trouble. It's not normal for dogs to like a trip to the vets, but Buddy was always very excited to go and see Amie! We have now moved away from the area and hope our next vet is half as good as Bute & Cowal Vets have been!

I can't express enough in just how much the ladies helped me with getting my foster dogs paperwork up to date ❣️ the vets in each visit went over and above there call of duty to help find micro chip, as well as many others in the practice helping hands made each visit a pleasure.

Brilliant vets.After our wee dog getting bitten by an Adder on the face, we were told to get there ASAP.Consultation was fast and efficient.Treatment carried out without delay.Second appointment next day gentleman very nice , explained everything in layman's terms and treatment given again . Great vets, so helpful.
