Apple Central Taxis

We had a really lovely, professional taxi driver on the way to our night out. Sadly this is a poor review due to the taxi driver home.The taxi we had was pre paid for. The taxi driver turned up late, without a clue where he was going. After several calls to get him to the destination, we had to walk to find him. When we eventually found him he reversed dangerously, nearly in to another car. The taxi driver got out of the taxi to greet us and he was acting very strangely, with what looked like a roll up in his hand. When we started our journey home the strong smell of cannabis gave us the impression he had, or was smoking cannabis in the front of the van. When we finally got home I called the taxi office and described the journey and our suspicions, only to be told my judgment was questionable. The operator from the taxi rank told me ‘the driver was Muslim, so he would never smoke anything’.I was absolutely appalled by the taxi driver, the office s staff and their blatant disregard for our safety. You get a taxi to a night out to be safely driven home, not to pay a lot of money for taxi driver who is more wasted than you are.

Excellent service the drivers we had were fantastic on time and extremely efficient we were the group of ladies that were staying at Cheddar woods lodge's.Hopefully see you all next year.Happy Christmas to you all xx

Ordered a taxi for pick up at Pontins and drop off after Winter Gardens in Weston. Our taxi arrived within a few minutes (amazingly fast!) Our driver was so lovely and friendly, chatting happily like a long lost friend. He's lovely! Thank you. X

I was a frequent user of Apple taxis to the train station and the airport for work. I was booking a taxi to the airport, and as I have ski equipment, I was told I would need an estate and there would be an additional charge. I asked why as I have had estates before when travelling without luggage. The person on the phone simply hung up on me, clearly on purpose. I have had poor service from Apple in the past and decided this was the last time. Incidentally, Gocars.co based in weston had no additional fee and were superb.

I was very impressed with the service, as both myself and my wife are blind. We had two big suitcases and Guide Dogs, the driver was very friendly, and assisted to ask where needed, both from the hotel to the railway station, next time we are in Weston-super-Mare, we will be sure to use this great company. Used these whilst on holiday last week in Weston-super-Mare. What a great service we had. Turned up immediately, the driver was very friendly, talkative and helpful. Can't fault them, highly recommended by myself and my daughter. Will definitely use them again next time we are in weston.

I tried to book a taxi last night and I appreciate that this is an extremely busy time of year and that one might not be available.However, the man on the phone was curt and very rude, definitely lacking in people skills.As this is the first port of call to the business, I suggest that the staff take a customer service training course!I will certainly not be ringing again but will go elsewhere in the future.

Always late. Disgusting, Almost non human like customer service skills. Destroyed the once family friendly, Reliable and trust worthy Weston taxi scene.Like ordering a Fish and chips but only a raw potato turning up 2 days later!

Our taxi driver was so kind, helpful and patient when picking me and my mum up from hospital. She could barely walk and he was patient and helped her to get in and out of the cab and it clearly wasn’t any trouble for him. Thank you so much!
