I contacted Emma in something of a panic as I had damaged a sentimental piece of jewellery. I found Emma’s profile on Google and hurried round to see her. She was most sympathetic to my plight and promised to carry out the necessary work as quickly as possible.This she did, much more quickly than I would have thought possible.The standard of the work done was exceptional, and I have to say that I am more than satisfied with the outcome. Emma has a very pleasant personality and manner, and makes you feel that nothing is too much trouble.I would definitely use her services again and would recommend her to friends and family without reservation.

I commissioned Emma to repair and upcycle my grandmother's necklace. She did an incredible job, replacing the damaged string of pearls with obsidian beads, strung on silk and knotted between each bead as it should be done. Not only that, but she managed to salvage the only two undamaged pearls so they could be used to create some matching earrings. Her fee quote for the work was very reasonable and she stuck to it. She was so thoughtful through the whole process, an absolute pleasure to work with.Separately, her range of gifts is excellent. My best friends all got Emma's jade or rose quartz face rollers this year and they were delighted. Her wire and crystal tree ornament made a meaningful 16th birthday gift for our niece.Also, I bought a pair of Emma's silver earrings for a friend's birthday. She loved them and said they were perfect"!"

After a friendly chat about designs and ideas using my treasured rings (my engagement ring and my late mother's engagement ring) to make a modern bespoke ring. Using all her skills and vision, Emma has created the most beautiful ring for me. The craftmanship and quality is amazing. I am so thankful and keep smiling when I look down at my ring - a stunning piece of jewellery that I will love and cherish - it is very symbolic too. Thank you

This review is on behalf of my sister Nancy:When my husband died, I had thought to put his wedding ring on a chain around my neck. A friend suggested I contact Emma, knowing of her ability to create something unique to see what other ideas she might have. Over the next few weeks Emma and I were in constant contact as the design, using the gold from the ring, began to take shape, culminating in the most beautiful pendant - a love knot with a gemstone centre encircled by the original ring. I cannot praise enough Emma’s creativity, her patience, her attention to detail and her empathy towards me, making sure I was totally happy. The finished piece exceeded all my expectations: I feel so happy wearing it every day. I would recommend Emma to anyone wanting a bespoke piece of jewellery.

After first buying a set of jewellery for each of my sisters and mother for a gift which they all absolutely loved. I then asked Emma to create and individual piece for my sister. The necklace she made was stunning. It came on time and it was beautifully wrapped. The silver necklace was hallmarked and my sister now wears it every day. Would happily recommend Emma to anyone.

My boyfriend commissioned one of Emma's pieces (a moonstone silver necklace) for me as a surprise gift for my birthday in 2021. I was so humbled by the thought and blown away by it's beauty, that I was overwhelmed with emotion!Everyone I meet comments on how unusual and beautiful my necklace is; it is so special to be the proud owner of something so unique and bespoke.Emma's exquisite craftmanship is cleary visible; as well as the time, effort and love that she pours into her work. I am an especially big fan of crystals and their meanings, but they mean even more when cared for and presented in the manner that Emma so respectfully does.Thank you Emma, we will be back and I will continue to tell alll my friends and family!

Emma had everything ready and fitted for me within 3 days and my necklace and earrings looked stunning. Really good service and beautiful/high quality jewellery.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my ring resized by Emma, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the exceptional detail and efficiency she provided. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and left me feeling incredibly satisfied, i gave Emma the task of completing it in just one day as i left it late. She did not disappoint and i couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone!!

Emma has proved to be a talented and caring lady who has love and pride when creating her jewellery. I love my old ring which has a special and sentimental meaning to me, repairing and replacing the missing stone which I can now wear everyday. She has also repaired a couple more pieces and created a pair of ear rings from a broken bracelet. I will be purchasing some pieces in the future and have no hesitation in giving her a 5* recommendation.

Absolutely LOVE my silver and gold ring and bracelet that Emma lovingly made for me. They are one of a kind and extremely well made with attention to detail. Emma also repaired a ring that the stone had become loose and resized so I could enjoy wearing it again. We treated some of our family members to some of her beautiful pieces for Christmas and they are over the moon with their necklaces and bracelets. I can't recommend Emma enough!!
