A wonderful experience.We had been very unlucky with the weather but on our 10th booking we finally got to fly. Amazing, thank you.If you buy tickets be aware that you may have many cancellations and have to wait over a year! It is Scotland after all.

I booked this as a birthday present and to say it was the best birthday present ever would be an understatement and it wasn't even my birthday.We were a party of four ranging from 27 to 57, two males and two females and three out of the four of us all terrified of heights oh and I have vertigo.I had made a bit of a pigs ear of my booking and Michelle did amazing at sorting it all out for me promptly and efficiently and keeping me well informed.We were realistic and patient with regards to the good Scottish weather" and yes your flight may not go ahead as planned the first time and maybe not even the second time but it was never an issue as we were ALL well informed ahead of time.On the day itself Michelle was on speed dial keeping us up to date with the weather and the arrangements.Parking was literally right next to where you take off and there is a large hotel/bar/restaurant across the road and a wee beer house right next to the collection point

What a fantastic experience! The whole day from start to finish was excellent. The driver and the pilot were really knowledgeable & informative about what to expect. We helped set up the balloon to get it ready for the flight and then we were off. It was a small basket with only 4 passengers on board but that made it a nice personal experience. Once we were airborne the pilot pointed out various landmarks and villages etc in the surrounding area to give us a bit of perspective of where we were. The views were breathtaking. It was so calm & peaceful and such an amazing experience. The flight took just over an hour in total then once we landed we helped pack the balloon up again & pack it into the trailer then we were driven back to our starting point. Would highly recommend Webster Adventures if you are contemplating a hot air balloon experience. 10/10 from me

What an amazing experience the hot air balloon flight was! The full team made our adventure so much better. From our balloon pilot who shared his knowledge and allowed us to be involved in the whole process of setting up and taking down the balloon, to his lovely assistant who was keeping track of us and came to pick us up! As well as Michelle in admin who worked incredibly hard to ensure we got to enjoy the experience as soon as the first date became available. I cannot thank you all enough for your efforts and would definitely recommend Webster Adventures to anyone who wants to tick off a hot air balloon experience from their bucket list! Wow, what an experience to have, and I got to share it with my mum.From the get go I was made to feel at ease, from my silly questions via email to the morning we went.We met at 6 30am and straight away were greeted and given all the information required to start the day.We got to help set the Hot Air Balloon up, then once we were in and up and away it was all just magical.Pete pointed out where we were, had great knowledge of the surrounding area and further off. He could even point out the direction of Glasgow for us.The whole journey was smooth, relaxing and so enjoyable.I was worried about the landing but had no need to, it was a smoother landing than I've ever had in even a plane.Then the guys drove to collect us and we helped pack the whole thing up again.Thank you to all the team, it was an amazing day that mum is still telling everyone about.I will be back with my brother soonX x

A lot of fun and we had great weather for it. Pilot was very knowledgeable and we even got to help out a bit with setting it all up etc.

A childhood dream fulfilled. We managed to fly on our third booking with weather not playing ball the first couple of times. All good, glad they take no risks and only fly if 100% certain it’s safe. Pete the pilot was very knowledgeable and gave clear instructions. Felt involved throughout from setting up the balloon to the flight itself and packing up at the end. The flight itself was smooth, peaceful and the views were incredible. Land Rover picked us up and took us back to our starting point. Would not hesitate to do again and to those still waiting to get a date, it’s well worth the wait.

Given as a 60th birthday gift. What an experience, it was magical, 2500 feet up we could see the fourth road bridge,our pilot was very knowledgeable, would definitely recommend the experience.

Unforgettable experience! Felt completely safe at all times as did my 9 year old daughter. Wonderful to fly in beautiful conditions. Truly memorable.

We had issues with our booking starting with the fact that when we were planning to book our flight lock-down happened, then weather, our own availability etc., but during all this time Websters were always very good in trying to get us booked in. We eventually managed to fly on a beatifully clear day, and it was truly a beautiful and interesting flight over a familiar area seen from a totally different perspective. We cannot fault it as an experience, neither we can fault Webesters who have been consistently helpful and kind (thanks Michelle).
