Lucy is very efficient, capable and deserves all the accolades she has earned.She has an easy personality, which makes the whole process a pleasure.Can't recommend her highly enough and I'm thrilled with the results.

Lucy is amazing! She is super friendly, professional and incredibly talented! The salon is such a calm and welcoming environment. I regularly get compliments on my nails and cannot speak highly enough of Lucy! I have my appointments booked for weeks in advance just to make sure I can get in, that speaks volumes.

I love getting my nails and lashes done with Lucy - the salon is always clean, the results are excellent and Lucy is professional and lovely to chat with.As a priest I often like to match my nails to the seasons and Lucy always makes it work - this photo is of my advent/Christmas nails!

Had the most amazing experience at The Beauty Establishment.Lucy is extremely warm and welcoming when you arrive and makes you feel relaxed before your treatment.I had a set of classic lashes, which were applied beautifully, I could tell that Lucy was checking each lash carefully to make sure they were where they should be.My brow wax and tint was incredible. Lucy was very knowledgeable about brow tint as I'm quite fair, she made sure that my brows didn't rest for too long and go too dark. It was also the best brow wax I have ever had. She was so precise and gentle, I'm normally a flincher and I barely felt a thing. I also suffer from redness and you can tell that I've been freshly waxed but this didn't happen after Lucy waxed them. The shape and colour are incredible. I was even asked where I had them done by a friend who wanted me to pass on their details!Would highly recommend and will be going back!
