Could recommend Ryan enough. He has improved my confidence in the gym so much since starting his programmes! He listens to you as a client and makes sure that you are equipped with the knowledge to excel in the gym. He also has the most up to date knowledge when it comes to the gym and fitness/nutrition. He doesn’t push exercises/nutrition plans that you are uncomfortable with and always checks in to make sure you are enjoying your programme! 10/10 could recommend enough for anyone looking to start at the gym or even if you’ve been going for a while!

Ryan has been the biggest help in my fitness journey. Joining the gym was a very anxious thing for me and finding the motivation to go and remain consistent was extremely difficult. Since being with Ryan that’s all changed. I look forward to my sessions and pushing myself to get better and stronger. Ryan has not only helped build my confidence in and out of the gym but also helped to improve and better my lifestyle. Ryan has become a friend aswell as a great pt and I can’t thank or recommend him enough!
