The staff member and manager I dealt with were both incredibly helpful. Both went out of their way to sort my problem and made me feel very valued as a customer.Great customer service.They also had great covid measures in place.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, they have a great selection of shoes. They get in lots of exclusives as well.I found a pair I liked at a fair price, and I left feeling happy with my purchase. Overall, I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a good pair of sneakers. not really running gear or outdoors kit although more of fashion sneakers

Plenty of good shoes but they are more of a fashion outlet.If your getting shoes for a dedicated sports activity and need advice it's not for you.

I have been regular customer for many years and never had problems until now that I had to return something in store! I bought a present for my girlfriends birthday on the 27/01/17, it was an adidas originals superstar with the gold metal shell toe. When my girlfriend tried them on in the house, she said they are a bit hard on the toe part and not comfortable at all, so we decided to return them. I went back in the store on the 31/01/17 but the lady behind the counter told me that they don't do refunds and the only thing I could get it was a gift card of the full value which was £95. The thing is that my girlfriend at the moment didn't like any other shoes from that shop or the website and now I am unable to get her birthday present until they release something that she likes. Also the fact that I have to spend at least £95 doesn't make me very happy because if she chooses something that costs less than £95 then I will be left with a balance on the gift card which I don't need for myself. The point is that my life would have been much easier if I could get a refund at the first place and not had to go though all that hassle. You really need to change your refund policy in the store, I have been buying things online from size.co.uk and I never had this issue before.

I wasn't impressed walked in few days ago. No customer service no hello no anything. Picking up sneakers looking etc... just dirty look from the young female.

What lovely staff!The guy who helped me buy trainers was so sweet, the guy behind till was so friendly!Im a local trader and asked a few questions where they had to ask tge manager!I left feeling like tge customer service was excellent and i would definitely shop there again

Some nice shoes but the staff might aren't inviting. The staff managed to avoid eye contact at all times, I can see why people buy on line!

Had a problem with my vapormax pair from over christmas which left the bubble deflated, the staff were so helpful (especially the man with glasses and long hair) to go out of their way when it was super busy to ring Nike and sort out sending my shoes back for inspection. It would have been easy enough for them to say my warranty was up, which it was, and let me deal with Nike directly myself, but they gave me a receipt, took my email and address and all I have to do is wait for a response now. Great service.
