I had a problem with with a diverter valve not working on my boiler in my static holiday caravan. I found a company online offering to refurbish mine. Ian the Miniheat engineer removed the faulty valve and the office arranged to send it to be refurbished. A new valve is unavailable to purchase as the boiler is obsolete. When refurbished and returned to Miniheat they were able to refit the same day.Miniheat displayed an excellent service, going above and beyond what was expected. They are a friendly, knowledgeable, caring and professional local company who I would thoroughly recommend and certainly use again.

Wife was in our caravan on her own in the recent terrible weather. There was a problem with the gas supply called Mini heat who were there in 90 minutes to quickly rectify. Guy had to work outside in the torrential rain but just got on with it.Great service

Mini heat have undertaken lots of work for me over the last 10 years both at home and at my business. I've always found them to be honest, good communicators and helpful. They've helped me out at fairly short notice many times.

I could not thank Dan and Stacey enough.Their service is friendly and very efficient.Dan went well out of his way to resolve our problems with thermostats.Much appreciated.I do recommend their services.A very happy customer!!

Very professional team from booking the appointment for a caravan boiler service to the engineer arriving when promised. All work completed by very knowledgeable, experienced & helpful man. Would recommend to anyone who has had difficulties engaging other firms to do this work.

This firm is awful. I found a broken standard lamp in my lounge after their visit. It had been knocked over and damaged. The engineer denied it was him.Last week the engineer failed to attend. I had returned home and waited all afternoon. When I spoke to the receptionist she told me that the engineer had called in sick that morning. She then told me off for complaining that I had not been told earlier.

Well what can I say absolutely fantastic service from mini heat from the lovely lady in the office we then had Ian out to service our boiler and Dan to do us an outside tap both very pleasant and friendly very knowledgeable tooWe then had Dan and Dan out to fit us a nest learning thermostat today again can't fault the service is second to none thank to all
