so messy and dirty, if you go up the stairs you can see how at the sides it's all dusty and gross, everything is insanely expensive for no apparent reason and the quality isn't great, there are better places to buy clothes. 2 stars simply because sometimes they have fun books you can buy

Love the clothes there but today I went in wearing my work clothes and it was raining looking abit shaggy, looking for a friend who said they was there. Went in had a walk around looking for them, while doing so was stared down by multiple workers. Turns out crossed path with my friend they were at a different place in Westgate now so I started to make my way out. When I was walking to the entrance was yet stared down by multiple workers and when I was about a couple metres away from the entrance a worker who was there was yet staring at me and proceeded to set of the alarms at the door with there lanyard card or something. I proceeded to walk through as I thought it wasn’t me as I didn’t buy or stolen anything and I was litterly many meters away from the censors to set it off. I walked pass the door and the worker shouted at me to come back and asked me to go pass the cencor again and it didn’t set off and yet proceeded to search me…like it was fairly obvious that she was the one who setted of the alarm and I was very much far away. But for some reason I never felt judged or stared at when Im wearing my normal clothes on other occasions…quite upsetting.

I visited the store today and was helped by a very kind person, they checked if they had an item in my size in the back and then they didn’t have it they even offered to order it for me with free next day delivery! Thankfully a different size fitted but great customer service from the team

Staff are always so uninterested and unhelpful. Asked for the pricing of sale items and the girl said to ask front desk then proceeded to just be on her phone texting away. Shop’s always a mess and everyone walks around instead of being at the till/serving customers. Not really sure what they get paid to do in fairness.

This place is always an absolute tip with expensive clothes tossed all over the sticky floor. Not in a cool way.

Visited the store today from Reading. All staff was very unhelpful and the whole time me and my friends was there we wasn’t greeted nor was we asked for help staff talked between themselves a lot. Brought a jacket from the sale rack and paid to come home and see the security tag still on, now I have to travel back and go to the store to get it removed if the member of staff was paying attention she would’ve noticed it and taken it off but didn’t .she left the till to talk to other staff or her friends after I had paid .the store also doesn’t cater to bigger sizes only had sizes xs/s/m in the clothing I was interested in

Price is more on the expensive side. 2 floors. Clothes are beautiful but expensive
