Went in there this morning and yet again customers not wearing masks! Ask the manger to do something and he didn't care! Shocking #shellsortitout

Came there and man at till was very very rude he didn’t sell us what we wanted and walked away when I was talking. Terrible place!!

Floor is almost always covered in diesel and the fuel isn't any cheaper than anywhere else.Only plus side is there is free diesel if you want to syphon it off the floor.

Shocking customer service!! And the facilities are horrendous.. if ots early.. dont expect to get a coffee or milk ir anything for that matter as the night window is barely big enough for a tub of butter..It needs a re-furb asap as the bp down the roads facilities are far more efficient.. solve this and it would be a handy stop for comnuters.

I went in to buy some fuel and a sandwich, but the Pakistani man at the till was persistently trying to sell me those £1 chocolate bars, I told him no and he then tries to sell me something else, I had to make it quite clear to him I just wanted the fuel and my sandwich. He then said something on the lines of if you are going to be like that you wont be welcome here. I was gob-smacked at this statement, perhaps the guy had a bad day who knows but its too late, not even an apology.Needless to say I am not going to re-fuel here again.A. It's expensive.B. That guy needs to sort out the way he treats customers.

It sells expensive petrol. I didn't hate the experience nor was my credit card cloned (yet)

The cashier asked me to show my card just because I had Hungarian number plate.. he thought I'm not willing to pay.

Most times coming in the early morning. Person on the till always on the video call with someone. Really disrespectful for customers. Not wearing face mask. One of the worst shell fuel station

This is my local station, the pay at the pump feature is always broken. The staff are more interested in selling 2 for 1 on chocolate in the store.
