I recently had an emergency with my dog, and I can't thank the Elizabeth Street veterinary clinic enough for their exceptional care and support. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly responsive and provided a calming and soothing environment for both me and my dog.My dog came in with an undiagnosed Addison's disease, which is a rare condition that can be easily mistaken for other illnesses. However, the team was able to quickly identify the issue and get to the bottom of it. Their in-house equipment, including the blood tests with results in just 20 minutes, was impressive and allowed for a prompt diagnosis. Both the veterinarians and nurses, demonstrated extensive knowledge and expertise. The front desk is run by nurse which ensured that they had a great understanding of symptoms even over the phone. On a few occasions, they didn't even require me to come in and provided helpful suggestions over the phone, which was incredibly reassuring. Their fast phone response time and 24/7 availability is super reassuring! The entire team at this veterinary clinic genuinely cares for the animals. Despite the changes in staff shifts, the communication was seamless, and my dog's diagnosis and subsequent treatment were handled swiftly and efficiently. I was eased with their level of professionalism and the genuine concern they showed throughout this entire process.I initially visited them as my emergency vet, but I have now made the decision to switch to them as our full-time veterinary clinic.I would like to give a special shout-out to Vets Paulina and Lucie, who provided exceptional care. Paulina, who was on her night shift when we arrived, saw right through my dog's life-threatening symptoms. Jo, the nurse on duty that night, was incredibly calm and collected, and she took great care of my dog during her night treatment. On a prior occasion, she even went above and beyond by providing guidance and options over the phone, allowing me to help my dog without having to come in.I also want to acknowledge Vet Lucie and Vet Katie for seamlessly taking over the morning shifts and providing excellent care.Nurses Tara and Kristal were both incredibly helpful and, most importantly, kind and understanding throughout this scary experience.I know that there has been a lot of changes lately but I happy to say that the Elizabeth St clinic has an outstanding team, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of exceptional veterinary care.Thank you from myself and Dash!

My daughter brought her rabbit in this evening as an emergency to this practice as our normal vet was closed. The veterinary nurse at reception was very helpful, efficient and kind in a stressful situation. Not many vets are fully experienced in managing the complex nature of sick rabbits but the duty vet was superb. She asked about our rabbit’s past history, examined him thoroughly and then treated him accordingly. Even though there were regular appointments waiting outside and we’d been slotted in as an emergency, we didn’t feel rushed and went home satisfied that bunny had been given the best care. Thank you to you both for your professionalism and kindness. It was much appreciated.

We’ve been the clients of the clinic over 7 years mostly because it’s walking distance from us. We did 2 surgeries - spaying and teeth removal which went successful and we are very grateful to the vetsHowever, coming from abroad and seeing the level of doctors and equipment there, I’m very surprised most of london clinics have extremely high prices and low level of service. The clinic doesn’t have narrow field specialists like cardiologists or neurologists for dogs, nether some decent MRIs or other types of advanced equipment. It’s super basic, but the prices are extremely high. Unfortunately, staff also has a certain way of communication which is often border line aggressive. We never argue when we come and we got used to that manner over years, but I had an opportunity to compare that clinic to the one abroad and it makes me sad, that we have to spent thousands of pounds and receive low service because the service standards are so low. It’s definitely an institutional problem but I hope it can be changed one day

I bought in my very very sick pug who was coughing and struggling to breathe. He was put on oxygen support as soon as we arrived. He was looked after and had tests medications etc which were helping but he was declining and getting in a really critical condition A big thanks to allThe. Staff but a big shout out to the superstar Gary who went above and beyond to get our pug into a specialist hospital for the tests he needed. Gary made sure Bertie was stable and arranged an ambulance with oxygen support to get Bertie to the facility we needed. This has given my boy the best chance for recovery. We are not out the woods yet he has aspiration pneumonia but its going in the right direction as of now so thankyou so much for giving Bertie a fighting chance.

Extremely helpful from the moment I rang up. The veterinary nurses could not have been more courteous or efficient and they went out of their way to assist me with an issue over a microchip. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice after my experience today.

I was impressed by the care and attention from the vet and nurses, that my rabbit recieved as an 'inpatient', during a recent run of gut stasis - despite them running the daily activities of a busy surgery and handling acute emergencies at the same time.

This vet dropped everything to save my cat when other vets missed all the warning signs. My cat got very sick over 24 hours, we took him in to our vets who sent him home with us to observe after doing some tests. I knew my cat was desperately ill so requested they transfer us. I went to Elizabeth streets out of hours service and immediately the vet identified the problem and booked us in for emergency surgery. The vet told all his appointments they would have to wait as he focused on stabalising our cat. He told us the costs up front and that we would have to drive urgently to The Queen Mother Small Animal Hospital. They stopped everything for an hour and a half to stabalise our cat to survive the drive there and booked us in for emergent surgery. We are still waiting for the outcome and praying for the best but we owe this vet so much that our beloved pet is still alive. So thankfull they picked up what our vet missed and delayed all the booked routine appointments to give our cat his only hope to survive

I would recommend this veterinary practice because over the course of 14 years I found all the staff to be helpful, friendly and caring. Especially Katy, the vet who treated my cat most recently. Highly professional but sensitive she quickly identified a realistic course of treatment for her.
