I remember working for this business 6 years ago I worked at mount Oriel health centre I remember David cowen before he went on holiday saying to me pray Michael I was not only taken back by this but confused but it wasn't long before I realised what was behind it for I was let's say got rid off. 6 years later I'm still angry what was constructive dismissal I was the only one from all the new start staff to be asked for a criminal record check and of course I did have one minor charges. This anger I have for those who were responsible doesn't go away and I remember everyone of you
