Brilliant service provided by very knowledgeable and caring individuals- we had our kitchen floor done 8 years ago, just before Christmas we had the lounge and hallway done to match. You can’t tell they were done so far apart they flow seamlessly.We had unforeseen issues with damp once the old floor was removed. Despite the extra work and layers required Osbournes ensured we had the floor completed before Christmas. Can’t fault them.

My husband and I recently made a big decision to extend our home. The extension work was completed relatively smoothly, however we were left with many issues relating to uneven floor levels and moisture! Following a search of local flooring specialists we found Osborne flooring to be top of the list. From first telephone enquiry to face to face meeting for advice in the showroom Mark and John filled us with reassurance and confidence that our issues could be resolved. The choice at the showroom was unbelievable and we were able to take samples home to ensure we were making the right decision. The flooring has been completed today and both my husband and I are astounded by the speed, workmanship and finish of the job. We cannot thank Mark, John and their team enough. A few months ago we thought we would never be able to achieve what we have now. Amazing.... thank you Osborne flooring!!!

I just want to say that the service we received from Mark, John and Ian has been superb. They arrived when they said they would, worked tirelessly, and left us with a fantastic looking floor. When we originally had an issue with faulty manufacturing they instantly gave an undertaking to replace it. Mark in the office was a wonderful and effective link during this process. They are skilled craftsmen and take great pride in their work. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service from John and Ian who ensured our flooring was ready in time for Christmas and our daughters birthday party. A very professional service, arrive when they say they will and they ensure the sub floors are perfect before they'll even contemplate undertaking the final installation. Highly recommended if you want a hassle free installation with no dramas. A real pleasure to deal with people who actually do what they say they'll do.

From the first meeting with Mark at their showroom to the final finish we had no problems with any aspect of the work. Great communication. Mark called in the evening of our visit to the showroom and assured us that the slightly different levels of the three rooms would not be a problem for the fitters John and Ian. And so it turned out. They laid over 40 sq meters of laminate flooring with underlay in under two days 'feathering' the uneven levels. Clean and efficient service.Delighted with the results. I would have no hesitation in recommending Osbornes. Thank you.

From our first visit to the shop to the final fit we were really impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. The job was completely quicker than we'd expected and to a very high standard. Our floor now looks great and we'd definitely recommend Osbournes.

A very late review but promised the guys we would after the first class service we got. We had amtico parquet flooring installed throughout hallway, kitchen and diner. Very happy with the job. We had multiple quotes before choosing Osbournes. They were competitive and also included self levelling screed beforehand which was additional on other quotes.Was happy enough with the job that we went straight back to them for a bedroom carpet. Would recommend.

Really glad we spotted Osbornes after moving to Chorlton. We found them friendly and knowledgeable, prompt and good value. Very good after sales service too: they helped us out after someone else took one of our new carpets up to check some pipework. Can't recommend them too highly.
