ATS Euromaster Abergavenny

Called in as passing through on a long journey and my oil light came on. There was a short wait until someone was free as all busy doing jobs when I arrived. But checked and topped up my oil very efficiently and no charge. Obviously go the extra mile a credit to the company. Would recommend them to anyone.

Convenient location close to the town centre. Friendly, helpful staff who didn't try & sell me anything extra.

Came in without an appointment and needed a really quick turn around. Sorted my tyre straight away. Really friendly and courteous and space for me to sit and work while they did the repair. Will come back again!

The team did a fantastic job calibrating my tracking on my van after it had suspension changed.High quality equipment used and the technician talked me through what and where the adjustments were made.Cannot praise the team enough A1 service.

Monday 13th March 2023,I went to another tyre company not a ATS branch but very local in Abergavenny to have my tyre sorted, but they wouldn’t help he said come back tomorrow, well no good when u got a flat tyre with a screw in it.I was recommended by the volunteers at Nevill Hall Hospital to go to the ATS Branch in Abergavenny as they said they give an excellent service to there customers, so on my way back from a Hospital Appointment, I called into ATS and told the Gent that I had a screw in my tyre, he said if i could wait half hour they would sort it for me.The staff there was so friendly and I was very grateful for them for sorting my tyre what a difference in customer care at ATS than it was in the other tyre company down the road.I got home safely thanks to ATS and for the wonderful Service.Highly recommended you.

I had an issue with my car so called ATS Abergavenny who squeezed me in straight away. They diagnosed a seized calliper and fixed the problem two hours later with new discs, pads and brake fluid too. This allowed me to get to my end destination the same day - thank you!

pulled into the Abergavenny branch with a punctured tyre for repair on Saturday 12.45 .thought they were closing ,but open till at east 5 pm ..the man in reception said it could be done but would have to come back at 1.30 as they were quite busy as l hadn't made an appointment l was glad they could fit me inwent back and tyre duly sorted and refitted to my van ..all in all a very pleasant retail experience ..would recommend you call in you won't be disappointed ..
