I love this salon, have been coming for around 16 years or so. Julian and the girls are very professional and I have always been really happy with the way Julian looks after my hair. I have returned to the salon a few times since lockdown. Covid-19 guidelines are in place which include a temperature check upon entry to the salon. I have felt completely at ease during each visit and commend Julian and the team for not only their hard work in re-opening the salon but their commitment to their customer’s health and safety. I cannot recommend this salon enough, if you need a good hairdresser then Julian, Lisa, Sara and Lee are the ones to go and see – you won’t regret it!

Amazing Hairdressers!I have been coming to see Lisa from Rain for 7 years. I have always found her highly professional and goes the extra mile to deliver an excellent service. I always recommend Lisa to my friends who have also found her of high a standard. I always look forward to my hair appointment and the way Lisa can lift my mood by weaving her magic hands on my hair. Also I regularly visit Nicola who runs ‘The Beauty Room’ from upstairs in Rain. I always book with Nic whilst I am waiting for my Colour to set. I can usually fit in a few treatments. Nic is a credit to the business, she is highly skilled, helpfully and has a bubbly personality.Thanks ladies!Tasha xx

I have been going to Julian for years and he's always done such an awesome job with my hair. He's so kind and makes me feel at home. I had my hair cut and dyed pink/purple today and Julian gave me a great consultation. I got amazing results and such great feedback from friends and family. I 100% recommend them, they have an amazing team and I couldn't have felt safer.

What can I say. What an excellent, friendly and clean salon. Following ALL the COVID requirements. Temp taken, hand sanitizer, face masks and shield worn by the hairdressers. Distance between clients and ALL areas cleaned when client finished. FANTASTIC WELL DONE GUYS SEEN YOU SOON

Have been a customer of Rain for 15 years now, completely trust Lisa with my hair and the rest of the team are fab !!!! First appointment after lockdown was exceptional, professional, followed every guideline and made me feel extremely safe. Everything was cleaned and wiped down to the highest standards. My first time at this salon today for my haircut.What a lovely salon really clean and organised,And was made to feel really welcome.I had alot of hair to cut which was past my bum so was very nervous for it to be cut.The hairdresser who cut it was amazing and guided me through every step of the cut.She done an amazing job with cut and style.I am so happy with it. I will definitely be going back for future cuts.

Wonderful staff, warm, friendly and professional, Julian has been colouring and cutting my hair for nearly twenty years, a talented and lovely guy as is Lisa his partner in the salon.Great place to go for great hair styling and a laugh and chat, also his prices are spot on. Happy customer for 17 years. Lisa knows my hair and I trust her completely. I have never had a bad experience and I haven’t been tempted to go elsewhere. Always enjoy the general chat in the salon about the latest celebrity gossip or the latest tv show and I especially enjoy the chance to have some me time with a treat whilst waiting for the colour to take upstairs. Would highly recommend this salon.

Can 100% recommend Rain, and especially Lisa who has been my hairdresser for 20 years. During the current pandemic, the salon has acted in a professional, covid-secure manner each time I've visited, giving me complete confidence that the health and safety of clients is a priority. This includes a temperature check before anyone enters the salon.

I have been coming to Rain for 20 years. It has a great, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I had my first post lockdown visit the other day, all I can say is.... Job well done team Rain. I think this is one of the safest place I have visited. Stations were cleaned and wiped down between customers and there was a great waiting area where we could distance for us who were having our hair coloured. Temp taken as we entered and hand sanitising was mandatory. All done while still maintaining their friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Thank you Xxx
