Me and my partner came here yesterday evening, and we wanted a sunbed at 19.38, the women on reception was doing nothing just sitting on her phone, she said no to us as all the sunbeds were 'switched off'.. we politely asked if we could do just 10 minutes as the closing time said it closed at 20:00 on the website, she still said no. I don't understand why this was the case when on the website it was clearly stated that the closing time was 8. Luckily we drove to a lovely sun bed shop up the road called Solaris, they let us have a 10 minute sunbed at 19.45, and now Solaris have gained two new loyal customers.

I had a massage by Georgie last weekend, my goodness it was great, the best one I have had ever!!!! I have been to quite few different spa places, some really expensive, by Tan - Fast comes out on top.Geogie really is the best,I would recommend her to anyone.

Me and my boyfriend don’t live locally so we decided to come to Ipswich for the week for my birthday. Seeing as it’s November and with a wedding coming up we thought we would get a nice glow. From the second we walked in, Claire has been so lovely and welcoming, we have visited 3 times and each time she has greeted us with a smile. Really approachable and lovely to talk to. Parking is also just outside which is a bonus! ☺️
