Alex came round to install 5 radiators in my flat, gave me a very competitive quote and was able to start on a date to suit me. Arrived on time completed the work and they look great, also he was able to complete 2 other small jobs for a small additional cost. His work was excellent from start to finish leaving all rooms clean and tidy on completion. Very professional and I would highly recommend him.

Would definitely recommend Alex and Norton Plumbing. We had a total refurbishment of our bathroom which involved fully ripping out the old facilities, installing a bath, new shower, new sink, new toilet etc, replaster of the room along with significant behind the scenes plumbing work and repair to the walls.We found Alex to be so friendly and professional, it was really nice having him round the house and he was very considerate about our needs (for example he would always inform us in advance if the water needed to be off for an hour or two or if the toilet needed to be disconnected). The quality of the work was absolutely brilliant and he gave us some really good advice about what would work best in the bathroom. We liked the work and Alex so much we even tried to persuade him to do our kitchen too!

Replaced bath taps and shower fitment. Alex is ver professional, reliable and punctual and did a great job for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be calling Norton plumbing again when needed.

Alex did a great job, he originally came out to look at a leaking radiator pipe, he tightened it at no cost and said to get in touch if it leaked again as we ideally need a new radiator. When it did leak again, Alex came round very quickley and supplied and installed a new radiator before we went on holiday. Alex is very professional and I would recommend him.

Alex has in the past refitted a bathroom for us which was great. This time it was a smaller job and he responded quickly and fitted us into his busy schedule as we had a leak. He is always pleasant and helpful and saw a broken tap while here and fixed that too! A job we had put off for years. Thanks Alex.
