Excellent service from the first phone call right up until drop off. Payment was made upfront securely through a link sent over and a receipt was provided immediately to my email address once the payment had been made (I was a bit sceptical about paying upfront but alltotally legit). I would highly recommend and I know who I will be calling if I ever breakdown again.Can’t rate this company highly enough!!

Am not the one to leave a review but for S M recovery I will definitely rate them 5 star there service is absolutely amazing after trying so many company's advertising fake service (24hrs) none was available ! This is what you call 24hrs !! I had been stuck on Motorway sins 4am by time I came across S M recovery it was 5/6am at first I was bit sceptical as they wanted upfront payment but all legit and secure a link was sent and immediately a receipt provided to my email address.True to there word told me would be 45min to an hr and within the hr had my car on the recovery truck and I was on my way back very friendly service and professional true to there trade I would 100% recommend S M recoveryKammy was very helpful and kept me updated throughout until we got dropped off top guy respect

Today I had the pleasure to meet Omer from S.M RecoveryI cannot praise Omer enough for going above and beyond to rescue me from what seemed an impossible task. I had little hope when I got stuck 100 meters in the middle of a bogged field, even the local farmer”s said they could not help in that particular field due to the lack of drainage the field is very wet. But with Omer’s winch, dedication and persistence he got me out.Thanks again Omer at S.M Recovery

After stopping by a shop, I found that my car wouldn’t start up. I called up s.m. recovery who accurately diagnosed what the issue was over the phone and had someone out to come help me in under 30mins and for a very affordable price! The short response time and customer service was very positive and greatly appreciated on cold and rainy winter evening. I would highly recommend calling the team up if you have any issues!

Amazing service! My car left me in the middle of the M6 and the recovery was perfect. Inform them about my location was easy, they informed me about the price in advance (which was reasonable) and came to pick me up and the car a bit earlier than expected. Also, as the garage was full, the guy tried in other two ones which I really appreciate as he was suppose to just make one stop. If I have issues with my car again I am definitively using their service again.

I didn’t know who to call but im glad it was SM recovery, super fast arrival when tyre blew out. Really great service and took really good care of the car. Highly recommended and will use them for future recoveries. Thank you!

24 hours service and very good communication.After I've called several companies with 24h service, but phones switched off, I've found this company..they were busy, but as soon as they've finished they've come to help! Great service,really easy to book and pay. On the day of collection I was kept up to day with how long he was going to. When they turn up he was friendly and polite helped me with any questions I had. Unfortunately the garage I took my car to couldn't help so the driver took some pictures of the damage and sent them to another garage that managed to help me out. The guy really went above and beyond to help me out even though he didn't need to. Just like to say a massive thank you and would recommend these to everyone.
