If your lucky enough to get a car with no issues then yeah you'll rate them 5 stars. Read the 1 star reviews though. Utterly terrible company that believes the law doesn't apply to them and just ignores you in the hope you'll go away. If you're looking to buy a new mom probably a good company as would likely sell theirs to make fast money.AVOID

Can't recommend this garage enough! I had alot of MOT fails and they fixed them so quickly and for such good value. Professional, friendly and affordable! Won't be going to. another garage in Leicester now.

I bought a car from this company with a new MOT, I booked the car in for a new MOT with my local garage and the told me all the brake pipes need replacing due to them being corroded, this does not happen in an eleven month period, nothing on previous paperwork about the brake pipes. They should be shut down, I'll be looking into who done the test and they will be reported

I wouldn't even rate it as 1*. Sold a car in a shocking state of repair with service 139 days overdue and an MOT not worth the paper it's printed on! Too many issues to have even been looked at before sale and to a young driver. Irresponsible and clearly has no conscience. Very unapproachable with absolutely zero communication skills as a manager/owner with accusations if us being rude when requesting information.Don't touch with a barge pole !!

The worse company I have come across in a long time. I enquired about a car which I was interested, managed to get in contact and reserve the vehicle as I was in between getting it delivered or visiting (long distance). The terms and agreement state that you pay the deposit and you cannot get this back unless you view the car!!!! That is all! I then had concerns about the boot space, I spoke to a representative and they said they would send me a video (did not happen), then I called as I wanted to view the car! Got a very rude person on the phone which said there’s no point as my only purpose to view is to get the refund, and that it’s not fair on them as they would need to re-advertise. Safe to say they have not allowed me to view the car, even when I said my mind is not made up because they said it’s not FAIR on them! I want my deposit BACK or will report them!!!!! Stay away trust me! They also asked me to send a picture of my debit card via email Looool crooks

recently purchased a vehicle from here and the staff were brilliant. Right from when I came to look at the vehicle we were not made to feel pressured , they let us look round it, gave us the keys to go and test drive it and the sales service was great. Worst experience of my life buying a car from this place.1) they are a nightmare to get hold of2) the warranty is not worth anything as they won’t honour it (was told full warranty for 3 months). You have to apparently pay extra for that. Only covers engine and gear box. Not what they advertise or tell you!!3) took it to a local garage for a diagnostic on possible issues. However expect me to pay for another warranty to get it fixed.Would give less than 1 star if I could.Stay clear!!!
