Eureka Office Supplies

Bad customer service. I don't use a lot of ink,Talked me into buying 8 cartridges. When I've come to use them for the ist time None work. Because they over 12 mounth old eureka aren't interested. I could waffle on but hope you get the jist.Avoid these. Originals might be dearer but they're full, last longer and actually work.

Sent us over £100 worth of stock when we hadn't ordered anything from them and expected us to pay. Stopped business with them months before that. Rang the company and the woman said a man had phoned yesterday and placed an order when there was no man working that day and we were closed for lunch at the time the woman said the call was made. Woman on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. Was told to return stock and that we would be reimbursed for the delivery charge which never happened.

Terrible customer service, Dearer than all other stationery firms I have dealt with. They constantly phone you with special offers, never again

They are reliable, friendly and provide us with the office supplies we need! We would recommend!
