Vellacine

Had them come out twice to measure for a lantern and they still made it too big. Now they say it may cost us to put it right, not to mention the delay this will cause. I am more than a little disappointed. Currently awaiting a call from them.

Vellacine have several times delayed our installation, impacting us being able to move into our property and we have an 8 month old baby. The last time the director promised a date to our builders but on the day they were due to install they called to delay by another month without giving a date. I would avoid the company at all costs as clearly they cannot fulfill orders properly.

Just had new windows and a new door fitted on my shop, excellent quality products, fantastic service throughout, and the best quote too. Not sure how they do it! Absolutely first class experience!

Brilliant! From start to finish they were excellent. Professional, friendly & value for money - Everyone from the staff on the phone, the surveyors & fitters. Was kept up to date with everything, done very quickly, 2 months from ordering a bespoke door to fitting & so clean, tidy & easy. My shop door gear mechanism was faulty, plus door handles were broken. Quoted £250 to £300 to repair by local lock repair centre. Went to Vellacine and cost me only £77. Saved nearly couple of hundred. And everyone work there is so helpful specially Matt. Their customer service is top notch. Hats of guys. Keep up the good work. ❤️❤️

Extremely disappointing service, took months for the door to arrive after ordering. During installation original tiles were broken and knocked off the porch wall, the ceiling was scraped and the door itself was damaged (I was given a pot of paint and told to patch it up). It transpired the door had been measured incorrectly and they had to cut it down to size as they were fitting it. Trims were not put in on the same day as they had not arrived. Months later the trims were fitted, a complete botch job. Trims were stuck over tiles and looked like they had been snapped in half by hand rather than cut and measured. Completely appalling service.After numerous back and forth between myself and vellacine they fixed the problem, but it took a lot of pushing from my side and communication was bad from them. How they left my door is an improvement on the botch job they initially did but still not what I expected after paying such a hefty amount for a brand new door. Cannot stress enough how infuriating it was constantly chasing up and getting no communication from them. Would absolutely not recommend, steer well clear.

We went to Vellacine to buy a replacement pvc door mechanism for quite an old door. They had what we wanted, and gave advice. We were very happy with the service and the price. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Always excellent products and service. Replaced the gearbox instead of changing the whole lock. Less cost and works perfectly well.
