New Islington Medical Practice

The best practice I’ve been with. Always get appointments for same day or following day, with barely any waiting times once you’re there. The online form is always responded to quickly via phone call and follow up appointment if necessary. All the staff are really friendly and helpful! The text service is great too as it keeps me informed and get a message if I miss a call. All in all, excellent service all round.

Excellent surgery. The Online consult form works very well. Doctor and nurse are very good, very experienced and very careful to the patient. I think it is the best surgery I have ever been registered to. They are quick and very professional. Waiting time to see a doctor or a nurse is very short and they explain well what you have, how to cure it and what,to expect in terms of remission and side effects. Great surgery.

I’ve had a great experience since joining the practice in April this year. Reception are very friendly, attentive and competent. The doctors and nurses I’ve found to be good as well. Overall very pleased. It’s a practice that is trying it’s best and you can tell.

I'm waiting since Nearly TWO MONTHS for them to process my registration. They give no timeline by when they'll finish. The receptionist had so much attitude she said you can register with someone else if you are waiting for too long, instead of giving accurate status of my application. Always take 5 to 8 mins to answer call even when you're the only one in queue.Update with regards to the response of clinic - I had called them on 1 November again, which they conveniently left out of their response, and at that stage they said they still do not know when they will be able to process my application. After I left the review, i received a request for clarification from them this morning which I immediately responded to, but no update again from their end. It pains me to see how they report genuine reviews raising concerns over clinic's practice as fake, and only welcome 5 star reviews which do not show the accurate picture of how the clinic works. And if they really cared about customer satisfaction they'd reach out to me instead of asking me to call them after I've already tried speaking to them atleast 3 times about this.

So far so good; attended one visit. My previous GP practice was a nightmare to get an appointment. I managed to get an appointment quickly, was in and out in less than 10 minutes and the nurse was lovely.

The most attentive and quick responding GP (and chemist- K’s Chemist) I have ever been a patient of. Proactive communication promoting reviews and appointments, quick test results turnaround and doctors (and reception and pharmacy staff) that treat you like a human being, rather than a number!

I booked in for my travel vaccinations 3 months before I was due to fly, but was seen much sooner than anticipated. The nurse was lovely and super informative. I’d really recommend booking travel vaccinations here.

Ancoats Primary New Islington Medical Practice appointments are virtually always on-time and quick response. Carla and Caitlin the nurses are very polite and answer my questions appropriately. Dr Ali and Dr Oloyede helped me with my Stomach issues and previously another out of hours Doctor helped me with my hypertension. Overall it is satisfactory. Grazie. Antonio ( Anthony ).

Amazing service. The online system is great, and I was pleasantly surprised to get a same-day appointment despite me missing their call and only calling back late afternoon. The GP I saw was friendly and efficient, and got a solution to my issue within minutes. She was very empathetic and ensured I was aware of what she was checking for at each stage. Receptionist was friendly and quick too. 10/10!

I know that this isn’t the case nationally but I am always impressed at how quickly I manage to get appointments, usually the same day, and it’s always quick and effortless. Reception are always very helpful and they deal with a few of the more difficult patients with understanding and compassion. The space itself is modern and well-spaced. Good doctor.
