Very helpful in this store. Had been to the other store by Central Station. Was told that the Dr Martins on sale had all gone in my size (10). Was there a NOT told to try the other store, where I got them.

Schuh Liverpool One has become my default shop for all footwear! Not only an excellent and different selection of Trainers + Shoes, but all at a great price and served but quite possibly the best staff in any retail outlet I have visited. I've been shopping here for years and Excellent customer Service comes as Standard. Never been disappointed, always leave completely satisfied.

Had a wonderful gal called Emma serve us at the Liverpool branch today and she was SO lovely! Friendly, professional and super helpful- nothing was too much trouble and most importantly she helped me find the perfect new pair of fresh shoes.

Staff are very friendly, I was assisted by a lovely young guy called Dominic. He had a really welcoming vibe & smile. For the first time ever, iv managed to find school shoes for my very fussy child who hates trying shoes! Thanks to this lovely young man, my mission was accomplished! Highly recommend parents visit this store especially if their child is anything like mine!

This and the Schuh next door are brilliant, had a really poor experience across the road came in here as I seen the same trainer in the window I was looking to purchase, really friendly staff, explained everything the shoe happened to not fit me too well and they returned it no problem at all, showed me an alternative they would recommend and it’s brillaint, currently wearing them for the gym. The staff really care here which is nice because you just don’t get that anymore. Thank you!

Awful service, 4 members of staff having a chat about life instead of working. I was Looking for first pair of shoes for daughter, about 10 minutes to be acknowledged, to be told we don't do any sizes less than a 3 in the particular shoe and no attempt to help with another pair. Left to go to John Lewis.

By far the best customer service in Liverpool! The staff on this shop are absolutely outstanding, there is no weak link in the team, as you find in other shops - they're all great. We have been going to Schuh Kids for years with a child who has problems with her feet and the patience and professionalism shown is top class.
