Ok can't post a picture as slight alterations are needed to the dress ; we only went today its the first shop we have visited to look for a prom dress and have never bought something as important as that first time around but it was the dress she fell in love with originally. She tried it on and it looked gorgeous their was plenty of choice in different styles and colours. What i liked the most was that their was no pressure to buy ; the ladies where lovely, considerate, and helpful. I couldn't of asked for better service and overall our experience was great.Thank you for a lovely day ladies x

Recently bought a dress from here for a wedding I attended. I was running short on time and nowhere else had anything I remotely liked.I tried the dress on and saw the price was £179. A bit more than I would have liked to have spent as I do not normally wear dresses and this would be a one time wear.When getting ready to pay I was advised the dress is £235. £56 more than what I expected. Being desperate and naiive, I didn't question this, paid and left. (I must have made a mistake looking at the price).Getting home, however, I realised I did not make a mistake. I was made to believe the dress was more than what I had originally thought. The pricetag was indeed altered. Looking at it closely I could see 179 changed to £235. Had this lady been honest in the first place, had this been a pricing error, she could have spoken to me. But she decided to take a dishonest route.I wore the dress for a few hours at a wedding. Mostly sitting down and occasionally standing such as for the bride walking down the isle etc. This dress still managed to snag twice. Not very good quality in my honest opinion.I just couldn't recommend this place.

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience was so incredible that I felt compelled to share. Let me provide some context first. As an alternative bride with tattoos and being autistic, I had just come from another bridal store that made me feel ugly, dissatisfied, and quite low. So when I walked into this store without an appointment, accompanied by my maid of honour, my mum, and my brother, I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service we received.Here are the specific reasons why this experience was exceptional:1. Came here for my first wedding dress try on and my first experience here has now really put me off trying dresses on.The consultant was very disinterested, asked no questions about the wedding, offered no advice on dresses, etc. I chose a few and then she took me downstairs and left me to put them on myself. I really struggled getting the heavy, multi-layered dresses on and was absolutely sweating with the struggle, leaving me feeling miserable and hot. When I came out in a dress I was offered some shoes and little-to-no sprucing was done on the dress, then the consultant constantly disappeared off for a chat with a colleague. I was also brought dresses that didn’t really fit, so if you are anything bigger than a size 10, I wouldn’t recommend going here. I honestly felt fat, miserable, and low in self confidence at the end of my appointment. Highly would NOT recommend! Felt like the consultant just wanted us out of there.

After 5 hours of searching, I finally decided to go to divine boutique after my friend suggested it. The staff were extremely helpful and so lovely they even log the dresses that have been ordered in my school so I don't clash with other girls! The price seemed reasonable aswell with just £20 for dress alterations!

Zoe and her team are wonderful - from my sister's wedding last year to my own, they helped us pick out beautiful dresses for our bridesmaids. They never made you feel rushed and helped with the decision process too. Such a lovely experience from start to finish - definitely recommend to anyone who are looking for bridesmaid dresses - lots of choice in style, colour and prices too! xx

Found my daughter the perfect prom dress from here, Rosie and her colleague couldn't of been more helpful, at the time there was several other girls also choosing and trying prom dresses, so although the team was busy, they was attentive, offered sound advice and also honest regarding availability and ordering of dresses in time for the occasion.If you are looking for a prom dress they also take note of the school so they don't sell the same dress to another attending the same prom. Overall a great selection of dresses in lots of different styles, sizes and budgets with alterations available too, would I recommend? YES I WOULD!

As a plus size I was very hesitant about buying a dress for a black tie do. But the team at divine have always made me feel welcome and we’re incredibly body positive. They even suggested a different design for the following year. I’ve bought and worn 3 dresses now and felt amazing in all 3 and had SO many compliments. Thank you so much ☺️

Called in this morning on the off chance as we had no appointment, to look at Prom dresses with my daughter and luckily she came across THE dress she had fallen in love with and it was the last one in her size. It was a perfect fit, no alterations needed, so my daughter came out of the shop a very happy girl indeed thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend for Prom dresses as they had a good selection of styles, colours and prices! Thanks again, my daughter couldn’t wait to get home to try it on again!
